I ordered a pair of motorcycle riding pants from Ekontravel from a facebook ad that offered a 2for1 deal and that the second pair would be included at checkout. After I completed checkout the second pair wasn’t added. I questioned why via their customer support and they told me that the 2 for 1 was not valid at the time I placed the order. I argued that I wouldn’t have placed the order if not for the 2/1 offer and they still said that the offer was invalid. Now they tell me that due to “high demand “ they don’t know when they will ship my order. Something is wrong here. The 2/1 offer is a scam and I wished I had checked trustpilot before buying. Buyer beware!

Bought the MP3 player from them. Got it and it was the cheapest piece of junk.
Don't believe the "60 day risk free" If you don't like it they will make you pay to ship it back to China. Cheapest option was $35 for a tiny mp3 player. So now I am stuck with a player that will sometimes connect to bluetooth sometimes it wont. It also will only let you load single songs to it. If you want to load a whole album...Well you can't. The operating system is so bad. I had a better mp3 player over 20 years ago.
It was also made of cheap plastic with a deceptive Ipod look. No spinning wheel, but it looks like it.
I would not buy anything from this company.

For the Y10 unit EKON sells, they sell it as an intercom system and advertise that it has features that it does not. There is a version Y10 2X that does have an intercom but they do not sell that one. Their advertising is deceptive.

These arent made for travel like described. The RFID doesnt block any and one bag didnt even have the RFID liner.
Unfortunately you have to somehow return jt to china to get refund.. good luck with that. Emailing them becomes a mulitple day adventure with the auto generated responses and you've already answered the questions.
For example if you say it does not have RFID CAPABILITY and you want to return the response is"we are sorry you want to return this project can we ask why?"
This goes on multiple days since its 24 hour dely in response.
We purchased the travelon bag for CHEAPER and its so much better. Save yourself the hassle.

Buyer beware. I purchased clothing from this company and the experience was disappointing from start to finish.

The sizing was completely off. I wear an XL and the pants I received were excessively long and did not fit as expected. This is not consistent with standard sizing and makes the product effectively unusable.

When I requested a refund, I was told I had to ship the item back to China at my own expense. The return shipping cost is as much as, or more than, the product itself. That’s not a reasonable return policy.

Instead of offering a proper resolution, they pushed a 30% partial refund, which does not come close to addressing the issue.

Between inaccurate sizing and unreasonable return requirements, I would not recommend buying from this seller.

The company sent a purchase confirmation with what I ordered and immediately after sent another confirmation with an additional item I did not order. After a brief investigation (which I did not do beforehand) it appears this company is probably not legitimate. There is no real way to contact them.

I bought their Ekon CrossSafe bag because they said that they have a “reinforced cut-resistant strap” and then they show a picture of a strap with a steel cable running through the middle of the strap. When I received it, there was no steel cable in the strap. When I emailed customer service to tell them that they sent me the wrong model, their response was “The strap design shown on the website is illustrative of the material style and does not indicate a visible internal steel cable structure in all production batches.”
This is BS because that’s exactly what the design shown on the website indicates.
BUYER BEWARE: THE PRODUCT YOU THINK YOU’RE BUYING MAY NOT BE THE PRODUCT YOU GET!!!
Some people would say that this is fraudulent behavior. You can decide for yourself.

Be on the lookout for this one. They lore you on buying travel merchandise in my case I was supposed to get two of them. It never happened. Delivery takes forever since there are not in the USA by the time the merchandise arrived. I was already on vacation four weeks later.

I made an order on February 15th, 2026, and still processing. Do not trust this company, they are scammers.
