Beware of This Company

I placed an order on 6-9-2026 and they have not shipped my order. I have inquired about the status and was told that it is on the way. I requested a refund twice and I get no reply and I have not received a refund. After taking my money and refusing to send my order and not honoring my request fora refund they have the audacity to send me offers for other products. Beware of this company.

Would give a negative number if possible. Placed order and a week later i sent an email asking when order would ship. 3 days later I receive an email stating they have experienced an automated email disfunction and to resubmit my email and that I would receive a response within 24 hours. I resubmitted my email and no response for another 3 days. So I sent an email asking if they were legit or just a scam. 2 days later I received an email with a tracking # that originated in Hutan China on March 25 2022. Todays date is July 2nd 2026, over 4 years later. Original order was placed on June 22nd 2026. What a scam! Please don't fall for it like I did!!!

I ordered something about a month or…

I ordered something about a month or two ago ( 1 bottle) for 24.90 order number 1461 and never recieved it. July 1st they took 84. 93 for something i never ordered. Order number 26164.This is criminal activity. I want my 84.93 put back in my account. Nothing but a scam.And i want to be unsubcribed from this illegal subscription.

Scam company

Scam company. Ordered on 5/31 still haven’t received on July 2. Tried to cancel order after reading reviews. On Sunday they tried to charge my account another 126 for something I never ordered. Even after two emails of sending them notices to cancel order and that they were not authorized to charge my account for any future times unless I actively placed an order.

nothing arrived and no communication from them

I ordered two weeks ago. I received no tracking or any info about it being shipped. I still did not receive the items. I emailed them a few times but they do not reply. I have now asked for the REFUND. I also have not subscribed to any ongoing payments. I can't comment on the product as I have not received it.

0 if I could this is a Scam company cancel your card that you used to place your order because lumvelle keep your card details they sign you up for monthly subscription so keep checking your statements you must contact your bank immediately and get your card and subscription STOPPED the tracking number they send you is false and the delivery company is legitimate but does not know your tracking number this company doesn’t answer there emails often so you’ve no way of contacting them so your bank has to investigate so they can get your money back and cancel the transaction GOOD LUCK I did get my money returned

This company took my money and now…NOTHING

This company took my money and now nothing. Nearly 2 weeks ago and zero tracking, the product has not been sent, I can't get hold of anyone and the only email I got was when they took my payment - that is it. I rarely complain but DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS WITH THEIR HIDEOUSLY LONG, BORING SOB- STORY ADVERTS.
I should have read all these bad reviews first.
Please nobody else make this mistake.

I ordered over two weeks ago got charged and received an email saying I would receive updates once my package was packed and shipped, but I never received any more communication. I sent them an email and have gotten no response about my package. I decided to search them and found all these reviews of people experiencing the same. I just emailed them to ask for a refund, we’ll see if they actually refund. Also contacted my bank.

SCAM!!!

I placed an order on June 11th. I have yet to receive it. I have not gotten a tracking number either. The link to track my order has expired. I have emailed them, no response. I have used the “contact us” link on the website, no response.

I want a refund!

Lumvile, as you said in your reply to email you to sort out a refund and subscription cancelation I have done that 2 days ago in the exact way you requested. No refund, no action at all. And now I have a shipment confirmation today.

PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY TODAY AND DEACTIVATE THE ILLEGAL SUBSCRIPTION!

Ordered this because your site stated good reviews. Then checked here.
After purchasing I noticed some small print stating it was a subscription. I didn't agree to a subscription.
I now have zero faith that this product will be safe to use or even turn up. I would like a refund immediately please.

On the subscription: we will cancel it immediately. Please email us at hello@lumvelle.com with your order number marked "URGENT - CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION & REFUND" in the subject line and we will remove it from your account right away with no further charges.

On your refund: if your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund as quickly as possible.

On product safety: Lumvelle is produced in a GMP-certified facility and third-party lab tested for purity and quality, so we do want to reassure you on that front — though we completely respect your decision and will process your refund without question.

I placed an order May 31

I placed an order May 31, 2026. Supposedly the product was sent. I emailed requesting a refund. The company assured me the product was in transit. In the meantime I have sent several emails requesting a refund. Low and be hold they decided to charge my account for another 200 something for product I will never receive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAM!!!

I reached out with a billing question and expected the usual long wait. Instead, I received a clear response the same afternoon and everything was sorted out quickly. It was nice being able to move on with my day without chasing support for updates.
