What a scam

What a scam. I ordered from this (fake) company, and they charged my credit card an extra amount that I did not agree to. I did the "contact us" and have not heard anything from them. I bet they won't even have the balls to contact me.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Well so much for "reaching out to them" at "hello@lumvelle" because it said, "Page not found".
Sooo I'm going to report them to the FTC to try to get my money back!

This website is a joke… I did t want the additional 2 items - the way it’s worded is underhand and it deducts the money straight away. How long before I should expect the multiple products over and above those I actually ordered please.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER
I have the right to cancellation from the moment I placed the order, u should be getting back to me and cancelling my order and issuing a refund or I will have to report it to my bank. I will reporting this business as a scam

Seems to be a direct ripoff Company with no product.

First of all they put a second order onto my initial order at a cost of 50% over what the original item cost - and this was after the payment appeared to all be done. Then no show, not only of the item, but the courier still doesn't appear to have been handed it. It seems they may also be lying about where it's coming from. Also, their Paypal page struck me as very dodgy since it didn't do the usual of wanting my fingerprint but instead wanted access through my password (which I long ago forgot, thankfully). Looks like fraud on every level. AVOID!

First off did anyone that ordered ever get there products , im just curious. Yeah these guy ard though some tricky website gorillas, the problem is the checkout , you order then at the checkout option ot appears your skipping over the other Branded products there reccommending , and that's hie you get tricked of because on a normal checkout button with more things there shooting at you to buy it would say skip, checkout , no this one just has you thinking your skipping and they charged my bank fir 4 separate purchase and I only could afford one , so now 132.00 on there products and 75 dollars in overdraft fees so 200 they got me for , I xertaintely can't afford that. So question is is there a chance ill get my order at least , god only knows. But the web page is trickery and it all should have went on one order. If I got scammed so be it , but ill never regret saying you are the worms , if this is a scam and maybe you should consider getting yoyf own little and take it all in one dose, because this is what Para- sites do , but ill hold out hope that my order eill come and I'll get my order at least. I will find YOU, if not . Good Day , guess ill use my wires for phishing !

Scammers

Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews until after I got scammed. They did the same thing to me -- I ordered 3 items and they added another 3 on the order, tripling the cost. Fortunately, I called my credit card company and cancelled the payments -- they made 4 separate payments!!! Will be more careful from now on and read reviews before I order!!!

This website is shocking

This website is shocking, I ended up paying $180 NZ dollars when I only wanted to buy one thing after I'd bought it it kept adding things when I thought I was going to the checkout. I've tried contacting them 3 times no reply. Now I'm out of pocket. Very distressing. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Read the reviews-- no one is happy about this company!

thanks to these reviews, I stopped short of ordering when I realized they don't accept Paypal. The reason people want to use Paypal is because there is a dispute process you can do online. My bank does not allow me to dispute a credit card charge online, so when I order online, I prefer Paypal. The fact that this company has no customer service and no email is suspicious as all get-out. I found the shopping cart added product automatically and I knew that I wasn't going to be able to get an accurate idea of what I'm charged, until I see the receipt. By then it's too late, there's no way to cancel and you'd have to go thru the trouble of dealing with your bank for a charge-back. NO THANKS!! So thanks to everyone who submitted reviews!!

I ordered one bottle and it charged me for 2. I purposely use a card that has a very very low figure of less than 40.00 so this would not happen, and they still pulled shit on me. I have a lawyer to take care of this. Companies pretending it is accidental has got to stop. I'll take a robot instead to take the order Instead of being taken again. I guess we will all have to check all reviews and also check if there's a real phone number with this company to get your money back by speaking to a real person. It's too bad that every person that orders here will be lied to and scammed. Every sincere customer is getting ripped off. Each person loses atleast 20.00 and they are counting on doing this to every person to stay in business.
