finally found a winner

The parasite cleanse exceeded my expectations. I'd wasted money on at least three similar products before finding this one. This was the first purchase that made me feel confident enough to reorder.

I would give it less than a star if I…

I would give it less than a star if I could honestly because the customer service is garbage I ordered like a dummy without checking reviews first and then once I seen everything tried canceling still haven't heard from anyone I plan to report this company to the Better Business Bureau because this isn't right refusing to cancel orders and things like that even though I sent it to the email that they specifically say to use in their comments back to all of these reviews and I even put the line on their urgent cancellation like it says to do still no difference

Wrong order

I ordered 1 lumvelle only wanted one but it came out my account as 3.I am still to this day waiting on it.I want a refund and can't find someone to help. The number keeps making me leave my number and name they will call me back. DONE LEFT OVER 5 MESSAGES.

Did not receive my order

Did not receive my order. $29.95 was added to my order which I did not authorize tried to cancel my order and ultimately called my credit card company to do the same.

I have just been scammed from them too

I have just been scammed from them too! I’m a single mother of a child I can’t afford to have multiple payments taken! It was meant to be for £24.99 but then only gave me an option to add more so I clicked off it but now they have my bank details. What can I do to stop them

Still Waiting

I placed orders June 11, 2026 and the promise was that shipments were to be sent out in 2-3 days. It is the 24 of June and I'm still waiting. I will most definitely check reviews of companies in the future, as this one (and their several variants, it seems) have less than grand results. $142.60 isn't my idea of pocket change.

Scammed my wife

Scammed my wife. Added products she didn't want, and she couldn't cancel, as it stated she would be charged multiple times, Took random amounts from her bank account, stay well clear of this SCAM.

SCAM

My mom bought some of their parasite cleanse stuff and they added extra stuff to the order and ran her card like 4 other times. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

So if her order included multiple products, each one would appear as an individual charge on her bank statement — which can understandably look like unauthorized repeated billing when it's actually all part of the same order.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! BE AWARE!!!
Do not purchase from this site.
My bank is going to help me getting my money back. NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. Customer service is bogus and they don't reply. They also subscribe you to something called "whop". Should have read reviews before purchasing (I usually do), but since I saw it on a Facebook group I fell for it.
First red flag would have been when I finished my order and I kept reading and if I wouldn't have and you don't click on some small print, they forcibly would upsell and charge you for more.

It is a scam

It is a scam, guys. Do not buy. China is at it again. It is not a US product as they advertise. At the end you will have no product, no money, no trace, no customer service to answer your queries. If you go for it, you would end up having to initiate a chargeback with your bank or wave your money goodbye.

Product does not SHIP FROM THE STATES! It is CHINA

Product is shipped from over seas and took for ever to get it. NOT a stateside company! Web site is very deceiving. Is product trust worthy? Probably not!

Lumvelle is a scam…

Lumvelle continually sends me emails that the product has been shipped but the tracking number from the shipping company says it has NOT. My credit card company says I'm covered which secures my monies but I don't want Capital One to get cheated out of their money either. DO NOT TRUST LUMVELLE.

It seems all their replies are AI responses. Not once have I seen anyone receive their products so this is obviously a scam on Meta and they should be ashamed of their selves, both of them.
