I’d give zero stars if possible. It’s been almost 2 MONTHS since they processed my order and took my money- still no merchandise even after 3 emails sent asking about my order! BUYERS BEWARE- BAD BUSINESS!!!!

I order the riding pants after seeing ads on Facebook. After almost four weeks I have not received the product. Two emails to the company. Pat boilerplate email answers. Tracking for the order was useless at best. They present as American made but I found that my order was in customs which means the product is NOT made in the U.S. but imported. Probably from China. I has after ordering read reviews on the product. Most say that they experienced the same delivery delay as I have, that the product was cheap and pretty much useless. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. My bad. I would highly recommend NOT ordering anything from this company. I have still not received my order as of this date.

This company is nothing but a scam. The pants they ship you are cheap Chinese garbage. The so-called free belt included is useless if you have a waist size of 38 or larger. I went back and forth with customer service for weeks telling them if they can't send me a belt that fits, I wanted to return the entire order. They strung me along until the 30 days return cutoff and then decided to tell me the belts are all one size. I guess everyone on the planet has the same waist size. Well, maybe in China they do. I decided to try these pants because a belt was included. BIKERS BEWARE, stay away from this company. The pants fit terrible and the hip pads don't offer any protection for the hips. Pants are extremely uncomfortable as well. Garbage, garbage, garbage. Customer service will do nothing but give you a line of BS.

I purchased a great deal on Ekon road armor riding pants. Two pairs with two free belts. High rated CE armor, lots of pockets, and really comfortable. I love them!

As an owner of several pairs of motorcycle pants I can say I am very happy with my new Ekon pants. They fit nice and are very comfortable. They are not near as heavy and hot as others I own! When I first got on my 2025 Z900 SE I had to adjust the knee pads a little to get them into proper position. First ride was a hot and humid day. The pants were much cooler than my others! I stopped at the local hangout for a couple hours and got pretty hot. The pants are made for riding not standing around in the sun! I was quick to get out of them when I got home. I believe these will be my new warm weather pants and will probably get a second pair soon. 👍🏻👍🏻

The fact that I came on here to write a negative review says more than words. This company is very good at FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I ordered the "Ekon- Road Armor" motorcycle pants. Shipping was supposed to take a few days. It took a month and a half (they are shipped from China). I tried to cancel the order after waiting almost a month. They offered me a discount to not cancel. I accepted the offer. They never gave me that discount! When I did eventually receive the pants I was shocked by the poor quality. Ekon isn't even the brand name. It says Volero on the pants even though they had printed Ekon tags attached. Their website looks super legit but everything they say is complete lies. The FAKE 5 star reviews for these pants on their website would make most people fall for their scam. The product I received was barely anything like it was described. Imagine wrapping your legs in a plastic tablecloth and stuffing a few pieces of foam that move all over the place inside. The pants actually did fit me correctly, but the hip protector pads were half way down to my knee. The knee pads float all over the place, and when I positioned them over my knee (which I should NOT NEED TO DO) they were legit painful. Enough complaining? I reached out to initiate a return. They wanted me to pay to ship them back to China!!!! Scam, scam, scam. They sell you garbage and make it so expensive to return that hopefully you won't bother.

I haven’t even received the product and I am already so frustrated! It has been more than a month and it’s still in “transit”. Based on the reviews, it is a low quality item and the customer service, specifically for returns, is awful. I should have listened to advice that someone gave me before I made the grave mistake of purchasing this: always go with reputable companies when it comes to motorcycle gear! You pay more but you get a better product, better service, and piece of mind.

I saw an ad on facebook for this pant, I used to ride on leather pant and they are very hot during summer so I gave it a try. I am not disapointed, they are good looking and very good quality. I really feel safe in this pant

The company advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee.
I submitted a return for men's riding pants; I was instructed to return the item to China.
The return shipping cost exceeded the purchase price.
Customer service declined to provide an alternative solution to return the product and reimbursement.

The 2 pair of pants I got, fit PERFECT and are so comfortable i wanna wear them everyday. I have already told and shoen other people I ride with. They are very well made and I will be getting more. They are worth what you pay

The Y10 Bluetooth headset was falsely advertised as having an intercom feature. After repeatedly trying to get the intercom to work, I discovered that the standard Y10 does not include an intercom at all. Only the Y10-X2 model has that capability. However, the product listing specifically states that the headset includes an intercom, which is misleading and resulted in purchasing a product that does not have the advertised feature. It will cost more to return the item than the purchase price. Very disappointed.

Do NOT purchase from this company. They sell products that are not in stock and/or are on backorder yet they still charge your CC. Throughout the next 4 weeks, every time I inquired about the status of my order, they kept telling me my order is "in process" or "will be back in stock soon" or "we expect your order to be shipped quickly" etc. ALL OF IT LIES. I finally had to contact my CC company to file a formal dispute to get my $250 back. My CC company settled my dispute in ONE day because I'm sure they figured out that his company is a joke and all they do is steal your $$ and send you nothing but empty promises. Buyer beware....

I have purchased motorcycle pants before from other companies and have never been completely satisfied. Whether the pants were too short or uncomfortable, it seemed like no one could get it right. That’s until I tried the EKON brand. What a difference! The fit, the pockets, the length, the comfort…. all just right. When I started getting questions from my riding buddies about EKONs, I knew I had the right pair. I’m ready for my second pair now. 👍🏻

The issue is around their return policy. My recollection is that they claim to have a 60 day return policy with no questions asked. This is a true statement.

The fine print is that you are responsible for shipping costs. On a $100 jacket I purchased, the return cost is $60 dollars.

I waited for these pants for over a month, with such high expectations. However these pants are even less comfortable than my $50 motorcycle jeans off of Amazon.
The knee pads do not sit right when wearing them on the bike no matter where I place them.
The pants are way too loose on my calves.
And there is this stitching inside of the pants that keeps stabbing me in the side of my knee that is frustrating. And the plastic price of crap belt that the pants came with is complete garbage, and broke at the clip within 3 minutes of having it on.

Update: still the absolute worst pants you can buy. Wore my 2nd pair of pants and with in two times of wearing them, I noticed a huge burn mark that melted through the pants on my left side on the shin. I don't recall touch any hot components on my bike with my leg, and I'm sure I would have noticed if I did if it melted through the pants that quick.

Chinese crap, waited a month & a half. Not even close on the recommended size chart, man’s waist too big, ladies length too long. Polyester, not waterproof, & $85 to ship them back to China. Don’t bother, better options from Revzilla & others. Buy in the USA…

CON: Claim CE Certification. Also no mention of levels A, AA,AAA. Received pants. Not only no certification labeling but the name of the company also missing from the pants. All a red flag. Research has indicated there is no documentation that the motorcycle pants meet any certifications.
Pros:
Came quickly. Light weight and cool. Comfort comes with a significant cost.

To be honest, I was hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst. I got what I hoped for. Although it took longer than expected, my pants were worth the wait.

Regrettably, I ordered two pairs of EKON Travel's motorcycle riding pants! Then, I waited one week, then two weeks, then three weeks, but still no pants were delivered, & no email correspondence regarding shipping & delivery. It was very frustrating waiting three weeks & not hearing or receiving my order from EKON Travel! After approaching a month of waiting for my order to arrive, & then discovering pages of very negative reviews, complaints & allegations of theft by EKON Travel's unethical, sub-par business practices, I was fed up with waiting on my order & EKON's non-existent customer service to deliver my order, which never even shipped! I sent an angry email hoping somebody at EKON would read it & respond. To my surprise, someone finally responded only to confirm cancellation of my order, which was never even shipped to begin with! If you are considering making any purchase(s) from EKON Travel, be wary & consider looking elsewhere to avoid the hassles of dealing with EKON Travel & risking being ripped off! I gave them one-star for finally refunding my payment.
