Horrible customer service, long ship times, sent wrong size and poor quality product. Plus if you have to return.,,, good luck its in China!! I will not purchase products with this much hassle again.

My experience has been horrible. Their so called hassle free return policy does NOT exist! You have to mail back your stupid purchase back to CHINA!!! Thought this was a USA product...very misleading company. Do NOT spend your money! Linda

As a former MSF instructor, we recommended to our students the importance of safety gear/attire. Saying, "protect what you want to keep". These pants are the best I've experienced in my many years of riding. They are comfortable to wear and give me the added assurance knowing that my legs are protected should I be in an accident where I'm sliding down the tarmac. Worth every cent! Still riding at 70.

Wish I would have reviewed the reviews before I purchased. Purchased a web camera for a present. Ended up not needing it. Wanted to return. They offered me the typical 30% back because it's in China . The US will not let me send a camera to China. so I'm stuck with it.

Purchased four pairs of riding gear. I didn't like the products, so I decided to return them since their literature talks about a 60-day easy return. They want me to mail them back to China. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. Edontravel is a rip-off company. Don't waste your time or money. It's another Chinese cheap stuff.

Terrible company to do business with. Ordered the motorcycle pants. Length of the 2X pants I ordered was way off. Shipped from china and took almost a month to get them. Not worth the $129 sale price and definitely not worth the full price. I wanted replacements but was fairly certain no one would check the length before shipping PLUS they wanted the first ones back before they would send replacements and I had to pay for shipping. They offer a 30% discount which I took. You can’t talk to a person. Pretty sure the response you get from their support email is an AI response. Avoid this company.

They take your money, say it shipped then in a few days tell you they don't have it stock but they won't return your money. Doing business with this company is a big mistake. STAY AWAY!!!! UPDATE: I did recieve a refund into my debit account on 6/29/2026 so they did return my money.

Ordered motorcycle riding pants. Took almost three weeks to arrive. Fitment was off drastically! Sent photos, many emails, and requests for refund. They offered 30% refund and I could keep, or, I could mail them back to China!! Terrible to do business with.

I bought these to ride. Yes they have a female version. I however work construction and wore them to work. Best work pants ever. With the knee pads built it. Well removable, but you understand. Light weight, and protect my knees. Love them!!!

I thought the pants looked good according to the advertising, I ordered motorcycle riding pants. The delivery was delayed and took almost 6 weeks to get to me. Once I receive the pants, I was not happy with how baggy they were and that the protective pads you had to insert them into these very loose pockets in the pants. The pads to protect your hips, actually sit way down on the outside of your thigh and don’t offer protection of your hip at all. I contacted the company to ask to return them for a refund. Ends up the company is in China and they gave me an address in China for me to send the package back if I wanted to return it for a credit. Not even willing to refund my money after taking six weeks to receive it and me feeling that the quality was not up to the standard of what I was looking for. I was buying motorcycle pants to protect me in the case of an accident, and I feel that these pants don’t offer that protection at all. And if you want to deal with a company in China it does not pay for the return shipping and is not willing to refund your money then go ahead and good luck!

First off the delivery time was horrible. Of course they come out of China so to be expected I guess.
Secondly, and most importantly, they sent me the wrong size. I ordered 34Wx34L and received 37x30!!!
EKON won’t pay return shipping so you are stuck with a shipping bill to China. Anywhere from $50-$300!
I recommend steering clear of this company.

They offered 30% refund and I could keep, or, I could mail them back to China. There was no other option despite their website stating no questions asked, money back guarantee if not satisfied. Filed claim with PayPal. Within a day, Ekon said they refunded my money. Being a suspicious person by nature, I told them I would cancel the claim AFTER I received confirmation from PayPal which arrived a day later.
Word to the wise: their sizing chart and suggested sizing based on height and weight is off by several sizes, be sure u know exactly what ur buying because a return will be impossible, pay with PayPal just in case.

Would give ZERO STARS if possible!
Order was placed, money was paid through PayPal, order never shipped, EKON says "we are having delays", order has to get re-directed due to delays in shipping, EKON acknowledges delivery address location change, EKON asks for PayPal dispute (which was opened when delays were first encountered) to be closed, EKON sends email saying it refunded $$$ andasks for PayPal case to be closed, NO MONEY WAS EVER REFUNDED TO PayPal!!
PayPal case escalated to claim!

Great customer service! We purchased a travel pouch for our grandson to use in his travel to Europe, he loved it!!! Unfortunately there was an issue with the zipper and Ekon replaced upon his return! Great pouch to use in ease and safety of personal items. Highly recommended!!!

Shit quality “riding” pants
They melt from engine heat.
And they will not fully refund me

One of the 3 pants I bought from Ekon and all 3 plus was outstanding even the wait time was well worth-it great job and there so stylish ,so if you think it’s to good to be true iam here to tell you it isn’t fake like most item on Facebook this is the true deal, but in all honesty you can trust what iam saying this is no ai ty for listening to and trust Ekon about those pants iam so glad I didn’t get screwed ordering those pants ty ekon

Worst company to deal with ever! The motorcycle trousers advertised as CE certified, are not marked as such- the free belt advertised as worth $25usd is a nylon web belt with a cheap plastic buckle- upon attempting to return for a full refund, they agreed if I send them to Luxembourg, Europe at my expense of over 100 USD-they were mailed to me from Hialeah Fl.
The product had bad stitching, a pocket double stitched to a vent zipper - I did get a $40. Refund if I fixed it myself- basically, I’m now stuck with a $96USD pair of cheap knock off motorcycle pants.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Don’t buy!!

This company I ordered two products from them the first product took over a month to get to me. The second product I ordered before the first product showed up and now it's been well over a month and the second product hasn't even shown up. I've had some correspondence with the company regarding both products and they promised to Discount and credit back my credit card for the issues yet that was over a month ago as well and they haven't done that so they telling me one thing and not doing it and they say they're going to ship the product and obviously that's not happening- time to call the credit card company and look for a full refund as this company does not live up to anything they say they're going to do or going to send. BEWARE

DO NO BUY FROM HERE
This is a drop ship company, products are the junk you would get on Amazon. I placed an order for $200 pants and within 10 minutes I sent a request to cancel the order. Their own policy is to cancel within 6 hours to avoid problems. I was very much within that time frame. They charged me anyway and said it was too late. The pants are trash. Returns are super expensive and I am not sure id even get any money back.
