Horrific company, amazing they are still in business, guess there must be very little competition, don't bother booking in, deliver to wrong address, arrive with no documents, loads that collapse due to loading in wrong order, all weekly occurrences with these guys, avoid like the plague.

I was worried when I saw all the negative reviews but my experience was very positive.
I bought an expensive item and was concerned - but it arrived on time and the driver was polite and helpful.
The only bad point is the tracking system which is not updated... Otherwise perfect and very fast...

edit.. I recieved an email from the sender apologising for the late arrival of my item!! Please note that the sender had difficulty communicating with DSV and when he did they had no idea it had already been delivered and told him it would arrive the next day!! Needless to say this is confirmation that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing!!

Such a shame because the item arrived on time but nobody seemed to know it had..

Total shambles of a company. Absolutely Zero communication and tracking not updated at all. 30 minutes on phone and diverted to voice mail. No communication of delays to consignment shipment. Wouldn't recommend and won't be using again ever.

Terrible, this company and all its staff should be shipped off to a desert island, and use dsv for the shipping, they'll arrive on the twelfth (of never). shipped some equipment to covid vaccine manufacturer and it still hasn't arrived 4 weeks on, no wonder we're all dying. DO NOT USE DSV

Sindsyg dårlig service!
DSV skulle levere 2 produkter, chaufføren glemmer det ene produkt på deres lager så det skulle sendes dagen efter.
På bestillingen står der at chaufføren skal ringe 30 min inden (havde endda snakket med en fra DSV som forsikrede mig at chaufføren ville ringe) hvilket han ikke gør ved en eneste af leveringerne..
Den første levering bliver bare sat udenfor butikken i gågaden, og den anden bliver leveret ved vores nabos nødudgang..
Simpelthen et useriøst firma!

I bought some valuable stuff at makro and they said the dilevery is going to take 5-7 days after 2 days i receive an email from makro that they have handed my package to DSV couriers its been 14 days now its not even an hour drive from my house to makro but i haven't received my package yet i contacted makro they said they are making follow up because the courier company picked up my packages but they cant track them

Kundeservice? Kontakter hoved nummer da ingen andre numre er, venter i evighed, hvor den melder optaget læg besked? Håbløst, levering dd?

Bedrövlig service. Väntat i en vecka på att få paket levererat. Kontaktat deras bissarra kundtjänst varje vardag hela veckan. Tre av fem gånger har samtalet lagts på efter mellan 40min och två timmar väntetid. De gånger vi kommer fram hävdar de att vi kommer få avisering nästkommande dag (lovar och svär att de ska "ska göra sitt yttersta" och även "återkoppla personligen" men aldrig någon som hör av sig. Även varit i kontakt med hemsidan vi beställde från (Bygghemma) som även de kontaktat DSV för att försöka få svar. Samma visa där (kommer aviseras imorgon...). Hela renoveringen står still nu pågrund av detta patetiska företag. (inte första gången DSV har varit sena med leveranser till oss)

Just opened an account after dealing with Steve Aston in Guernsey. They have approx 5 pallets of goods, but they have not delivered to us and despite emailing Steve everyday he will not respond. So will take court action against them today 21/10/2020 to recover cost of goods and legal fees etc. We have also notified our local press of this and there behaviour and are planning a media event which will get there attention!
Do not use this company!

My problem with DSV has nothing to do about delivering goods.

DSV truck drive has damaged my parked vehicle and has driven away without leaving a note or anything. 

Whole incident was captured by CCTV cameras and I have couple of witnesses who can confirm what happened. I was able to track driver cause I have plates of truck and his face on the footages. 

After contacting him I was transferd to his boss who has confessed that his truck driver hit my car. 

After conversation with his boss he refused to pay  the damage. I had no other choice then to take solicitor and press hit and run charges against your driver.

 Qutation of the damage was given by independent assessor.

Whole incident happened in Killarney, Co. Kerry, Rep. of Ireland

I just want to inform people with who are they dealing in DSV company. They are treating people like a garbage

Rude, unhelpful - they are never wrong and the last item I had delivered via these guys was damaged, they then repeated the mistakes the 2nd time - missed delivery day, wrong size vehicle, tracking dates that change without notification - terrible company ... and they use forward companies who follow the same terrible attitude. Avoid.

Nu idag helt uppgiven och ledsen. Tredje gången utlovad leverans av en vara som inte kom nu heller. Detta efter att ha blivit lovad dyrt och heligt per telefon att nu bokar vi den på extrakörning ikväll 17-22. Men kommer inget ändå. Ingen som hör av sig. Detta efter två tidigare via sms utlovade 8-16 då vi sitter och väntar. Hur bär de sig åt för att vara så totalt kassa?? Och så måste maila och sitta i telefon och hålla på. Det hade gått snabbare att åka till Småland och hämta varan själv.

I had the misfortune of receiving a delivery by them for some heavy curtain frames that I bought from an Italian company (MyCore).

My flat is on the third floor of a building, and the heavy frame needs to be brought up the stairs. The delivery was done by a single guy, who couldn't do it and just dropped the frame in the building lobby.

I'm not in London at the moment, and my wife is surely unable to do that by herself, so I called them to ask for the delivery to be completed. A stroppy lady on the phone told me that their drivers are not insured to do floor deliveries.

Is this a joke? A delivery company that leaves furniture on the kerbside of a building and doesn't bring it to the flat? What do they do when you are contracted for flat moves, do they just align the furniture on the road side?

So I asked her "why did you take on the contract? you didn't accept the delivery to the road number, you accepted it to FLAT 11 at that road number".

She answered me "well, we did a door-side delivery: we rang the doorbell and someone answered". It was not the door, that the driver rang, it was the intercom, so I told her and she said "well, someone answered anyway, so we did what we should".

This is an absolute travesty: I'm going to have to call someone to complete the delivery at my expense, while the items are in a place where stuff has already been stolen in the past. They are not a trustworthy company and I'll make sure to spread the word.

Av DSV bekräftad leverans fredag 5/6 mellan 8.00-16.00.
Satt hemma hela dagen och väntade, ingen kom eller hörde av sig.
På måndagen den 8/6 ringde chauffören och sa att han skulle komma om 30 minuter. Jag var givetvis inte hemma och väntade då.
Mycket dåligt av DSV att inte informera mig om förseningen. Har nu fått leveransen, men den kostade två semesterdagar.

Väntade hela dagen på en leverans som inte kom.
Väntade ytterligare 65 minuter i bygghemma kundtjänst som inte visste något.
Fick beställa en ny leveranstid i morgon.
Fyfan vad dåligt,även av bygghemma som lovade att återkomma.

Fick en sms bekräftelese på leverans i måndags (1/6) men ingen chaufför som ringt och ingen annan information?!

Eftersom vi har hanterkare som är beroende av att få materialet nu är jag lite angelägen. Försöker ringa och kolla men oändliga telefonköer. Gått från 73 tll 64 på 30 minuter och var tvungen att lägga på.

Verkar vara fullständig kaos!!!

Andra professionell bolag (DHL) verkat funka hur bra som helst. Ringde och fick svar direkt gällande en return. Dom kunnde komma på dan och hämta.

DSV aviserade leverans 20-04-27 kl 12-16. Chauffören skulle ringa 30 min före. Hela dagen gick ingenting hände. Enligt min sökning har varan gått åter till terminal. Rnger och hamnar som 26 i kö. Har nu väntat över 2 timmar och kom slutligen fram till en kille som lovade leverans den 5/5. Låt se vad som händer. Notera att jag svarade via sms, det var tydligen bortkastat. Ingen läser sådana svar.

Dom ska garanterat leverera typ den 23 mellan 08.30 o 16.15 sitter hemma hela dagen inte ett ljud
sitter fortfarande o väntar den 24 försöker ringa, telefonkö du är nr 56 vilket otroligt dåligt BOLAG
Så nu kommer dom som jag handlade av att få tillbaka sin saker o ingen betalning!

What can you expect from a DANISH company... can't expect much.

Believe me when I tell you that DSV is the worst transport/logistics company if you can call it that way.

I worked with a lot of professional companies like UPS, FEDEX, DHL, Royal Mail and DSV is by far the the worst.

Unfortunately, DSV delivered 5 orders within 4 months because I always try and avoid them, sadly all my 5 orders were damaged, they didn't want to refund my money and said it's not their fault, what a joke.

Short story, I had to take them 5 times to court with my lawyer and sue them in order to receive my money.

It's unbelievable how they manage to operate when their services are unprofessional, bad, slow, they damage all your goods.

I've also took the time to read reviews about them from their ex employees and my god, what I found there scared me, the bad and unsafe conditions that these poor souls have to work in for a penny, in order to put some warm food on the table for their kids.

It's inhumane what these poor souls have to go with...

The Management is so terrible, slacky, unprofessional that it reflects in their poor services.

How this DANISH company manages to operate on the market my mind can't understand.

BEWARE! Do not work with or for this company if you care about your packages and people.
