We have been using Europa for 5+ years now, fast, easy and friendly service with reliable collections and delivery dates.

Great Service!
Our company deals with Europa on a monthly basis and the staff are very polite, informative and efficient when assisting our bookings. We mainly have contact with Kate and Asheleigh.
The service is fast and smooth and very rarely have we had an issue with our shipments not reaching where they should be.
And in cases where there may have been a hiccup down the line, this has been rectified immediately and customers are happy with receiving their shipments in a timely fashion.

We have been working with Europa Road predominantly for our freight forwarding requirements, and they have been a great partner for our business. In particular, I would like to recognise the excellent support we have received from Kate McDonald and Ashleigh Westwood.

Kate, as our Customer Service Operator, has been amazing throughout our dealings with her. She is consistently quick to respond, proactive in escalating and resolving issues, and efficient when providing quotes and information. She has also been extremely helpful in liaising directly with our customers and their agents to ensure shipments are delivered in a timely manner and, importantly, without unnecessary issues or delays.

Whenever a matter has required a higher-level escalation, Ashleigh, as our Account Manager, has also been excellent. She is always responsive, helpful and willing to provide the necessary information and support to ensure matters are dealt with appropriately and efficiently.

The level of service we receive from both Kate and Ashleigh has made a real difference to our experience with Europa Road. Their communication, responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile are greatly appreciated.

Overall, Europa Road has been a fantastic partner for us, and we look forward to continuing and strengthening our relationship in the future. I would like to thank Kate, Ashleigh and the wider Europa Road team for their continued support.

Europa are great for variety of service levels to chose from, their transit times are very good and communication is always great too. Their portal is easy to use too and always up to date for tracking shipments.
