Great customer service and communication
We have been using Europa for quite a while now and during quite a difficult time for exporting out of the UK to the EU. Through that communication and customer service have been excellent. Really helped us in navigating the ever changing customs procedures and requirements post Brexit.

Europa is key to our success
I have used Europa in the past and, when I changed companies, I was keen to bring them with me. Their communication sets them apart from other providers. Whether requesting quotations, discussing shipments, or reviewing our logistics requirements, their team is always responsive and proactive.
What I particularly value is their willingness to visit our business and take the time to understand our shipping needs. They also make excellent use of Microsoft Teams, which makes communication quick and efficient. It's so good being able to talk to someone in real time! My main contact, for European road freight, is Chelsea Searle; she knows everything there is to know about the rules and regulations for getting goods into Europe. Europa do excel at this on a DDP basis and are also very good with freight into America and Australia, whether by sea or air. Europa have the right people in the right place to make export to the world so much easier.

Europa is a go to for our company to handle our logistic needs, we are always kept up to date with shipments. My contact Alex is lovely to speak to, and always replies promptly to emails with any queries I have - I would definitely recommend them.

Quote requests come back to us very quickly, and their DDP service for us is second to none, very smooth and hassle free deliveries.
We have dealt with Chelsea Searle at the Cardiff branch as our account manager, and in all honesty we couldn't ask for more from a freight company representative, she's a real asset to EWW.
Chelsea is always on hand over the phone to help with any queries, and looks after us very well.

We've been using this company for our imports and exports, and the service has been great. Everything is dealt with quickly, communication is excellent, and they've been reliable every step of the way.

Faultless
Communication is absolutely faultless. We transitioned to Europa as we had issues with previous forwarders, and as luck would have it we onboarded just before the Iran conflict - talk about a baptism of fire. It is easy to be a good forwarder where the market conditions are stable, but to be onboarded and looked after and helped along each step during this process is a testament to the company and the personnel involved. They are a breath of fresh air, and I know I can rely on them even in the most volatile conditions.

We have used Europa for many years for roadfreight to Europe. They offer both DDP and DAP options which is a big bonus. The staff are very good and helpful. Ypu can also track the shipments online easily. Would certinly recommend this company.

The Europa team are great to work with! All lovely, friendly and very helpful! Sarah is very fast at replying and her quotes are always very competitive, with short transit times. Elisa is very knowledgeable and if we ever have an issue (which we rarely do) it is always solved fast and efficiently. Grateful for all their help and support! <3
