I asked for a call back received it and was dealt with very efficiently.

Dan was knowledgeable and I had confidence in him ( unlike a different cruise provider I spoke with yesterday!). He was helpful and polite and called me back when he said he would. He explained everything clearly. The result is we are going to Japan! 😀

Wanted to book a specific cruise and type of cabin and James did this quickly and efficiently, cannot fault the service I received. Great service.

Everyone at Cruise Monks are just so helpful and answer any questions in record time. Well done Team Cruise Monks.
