No problem booking the cruise we wanted and Dan found us an upgrade for our golden wedding

I left a call back request as I had listened to music on hold for 20 minutes! Dan called me back some 30 minutes later. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable, he was helpful and came up with all the information I needed to book my cruise.

Wanted to book a cruise and waited ages on the phone and left a massage for a call back but didn’t get a response. How are we supposed to trust them if they can’t even be bothered to call back or respond to calls.
We were unable to book on line.

My experience, I rang Cruise Monks about information on this cruise, Dan answerd the phone, he was very nice and helpful explaining all we needed to know about this cruise so much so we decided to go ahead and book the cruise knowing that Dan will be there to help if we have any more questions or help so this a very good experience.

Great dealing with our enquiry, there was a price drop with the Cruise Package, unfortunately we couldn’t get a price match refund, but managed to give us a room upgrade to stateroom ocean view & an extra specialty dining experience, within our time on board, thankyou
