CRUISE MONKS Recenzje

Dan was so patient and knowledgeable which made deciding on and booking our cruise very easy

This was not the first time booking a cruise with Cruise Monks or with customer service representative Dan who remembered us from previous bookings.
Dan accessed our previous cruise requests and added them for this trip, by doing this, the booking experience was made more personal.
I have recommended booking cruises with Cruise Monks to all my friends and family.
Thank you Dan 😀

James went above and beyond.. When I enquired about moving flights.. He called me back within 20 minutes.. With new flight details. And booked them for us..
Great customer service.

Dan is an amazing person to do business with. He is responsive, very knowledgeable and incredible patient. No matter what the request is, Dan will come up with the best solution. We have booked most of our cruises with Dan. If we see a cruise on a different site, our first port of call is Dan. He always does better. Thank you Dan

Very helpful and courteous. Dan answered all my many questions, sorted out some changes to itinerary quickly and efficiently and enabled a room upgrade at no extra cost. Very pleased, thank you.

5 stars for Dan!
It was a pleasure to book my cruise with Dan today. He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions.
I got a great deal on the cruise and balcony upgrade. Thanks again Dan!
From experience, all the staff at Cruise monks also provide fantastic after sales service.

We booked our first cruise with Dan at Cruise Monks in January 2023 to Caribbean. It was an amazing experience. Dan was very friendly and helpful. This time we booked our cruise to Mediterranean and are very much looking forward to it. As before we spoke with Dan at Cruise Monks and as always he was very professional and helpful. He explained the route, expenses, and all the details. It’s a great service that you can actually talk to him rather than talking to a robot.

Dan was polite and respectful and listened and responded to any queries in an effective and timely manner. Many thanks. I would highly recommend that customers book with Dan .

Dan's knowledge of the trip we booked, was second to none.

Lucy's a star, asset to the organization

Helpful staff, good offers

James called me a few hours after I emailed asking about a flight change we had received. The new flight wasn't particularly good as we had an 8 hour layover. James managed to switch things around for us and put us back on to a schedule similar to our original. Thanks for your efforts and for letting me know so quickly.
