I emailed this morning regarding flight departure options from Dublin as opposed to UK. I got a reply from Wendy within the hour with a very good option, which I have now confirmed. All the information was very clear and all replies were from Wendy so no further explanations were needed. Big thanks to Wendy, excellent customer Service😁

After not receiving a response to my email request on Monday, I rang up CM and left a vmail. Within a few hours James had rang me back. I missed his call so he left me a vmail. He stated Wendy had responded to me Tue, but I hadn't received anything (there was nothing in my junk folder, or the email trail in my inbox). However James sent an email detailing the response to my query. Happy overall with the response times generally, and attitude of reps, they have been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Dan, the Cruise Monks representative, was not only very efficient and helpful but was also knowledgeable about the cruise line involved. He was able to answer all of our questions and offer additional information, taking care that we understood the details of the offer. We would happily book further holidays with Cruise Monks (and have already done so). In particular, it is a pleasure to work with Dan.

Wendy was very prompt in replying to my query which no doubt would have taken some time to clarify.

Cruise club has some amazing deals supported by knowledgeable understanding agents. On our initial booking call, the agent explored additional offers to make our cruise special. A recent call offering an upgrade was also encouraging and explained well.
