Great. Came at earliest convenience. Resulting cushion is a vast improvement in comfort and tissue viability.

From start to finish, the process of ordering my mum’s chair was easy and extremely professional. Billy visited my mum’s care home and, despite my mum being in the later stages of dementia and not able to communicate, he treated her with dignity and respect and chatted to her as if she had no illness at all. He advised without being pushy and did not keep texting/ calling afterwards, instead allowing us to make our own informed decisions without pressure. My mum’s life with the chair is so much more comfortable and I would 100% recommend this company.

My experience of using Channel Healthcare for seating as an Occupational Therapist has been second to none. Matt Farrar is exceptional, so professional, knowledgeable, reliable, able to offer the right seating without the usual sales pressure experienced with other companies, and so quick to send the quote to avoid delay with the client receiving the chair. I would use Channel Healthcare every time.

Billy was a absolute star a complete professional, helpful, reactive and friendly through out all my interventions with patients and care homes.

He always replied to my emails promptly and always found the answers to any problems i came across for my patients.

Very nice gentleman came to see me did a comprehensive interview on what I require and how it will fit me as I am a little larger than a lot of people. Lots of colour and fabric choice. He did arrive early but that was ok by me. Was knowledgeable about what I need now and what I may need in the future. Very helpful.

We would like to thank Andy Fieldwick who delivered our two chairs and sofa. He was outstanding nothing was a problem to him. Good attention to detail . we our very happy with our products.

How ever communication some times could have been better.

I was looking for a chair for my partner who has cerebral palsy. He's gone through so many chairs trying to find the right one without much luck, which has cost us a lot of money.

I contacted Shaun at Channel Healthcare who arranged for a home visit with a mercado medic office chair. We had Billy and Tobi from Mercado Medic come to do an assessment. They brought in two chairs for my partner to try our and he was really impressed. They adjusted everything to his needs, adding a headrest and giving him the option to spin the chair to get out comfortably. They even brought it upstairs for him to try out in his office. Nothing was too much We're now waiting for a quote and we will hopefully be purchasing the chair soon.

I've seen the work that Channel Healthcare have done through my current job and I had no doubts they would be amazing, but they still managed to surprise me with their care and attention.

We contacted Gav after my parents had a terrible experience with another recliner company and he has been brilliant. He reassured us that they could provide my mother with a recliner chair custom built to suit her needs (she's less than 5' tall) and he delivered! The chair's dimensions are perfect for my mum, it is a riser recliner which is just what she needs and very comfortable. Gav was fantastic, giving us help throughout the process, providing a great demonstration of what could be offered, being incredibly thorough with getting the appropriate measurements and providing us with confidence that we could actually get the right result this time. (The previous company "The Recliner Factory" had promised a bespoke chair for my mum then provided one that was a standard size and refused to do anything about it when we complained - don't go anywhere near them.) If you need a recliner chair for someone who's not of average height, Channel Healthcare can definitely deliver!

This company is fantastic. They cater to you're every need and make sure you're getting what you're looking for. My dad was in allot of pain before getting a recliner from here. He has arthritis and it has helped with his posture. He also finds it very relaxing to sit in. Shaun was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend to all my family and friends or anyone who is experiencing pain or just needs some comfort.

Made the search for identifying suitable made to measure seating so much easier for us. Extremely helpful, and Shaun is both knowledgeable and honest.If you're looking for a sales pitch, then you're not going to get one with Channel Healthcare. It is about meeting the needs of the customer and delivering a service.
If you want an experienced seating provider, having had three previous sales appointments, I can only receommend Channel Healthcare as an obvious choice for my father-in-law.

My mom had a stroke just over a year ago, the trauma of it was already bad for my mum limiting her movement and making it very difficult to be comfy.
Despite our best efforts, we've been unable to make Mum truly comfortable all this time.
But, after seeing an advertisement by Channel Healthcare we decided to try one of their chairs to see if we could finally get a chair Mum could sleep in. Shaun came to our home with an incredible recliner and spent time showing how easy it was to use and position so that we could finally get Mum comfortable. My mum (and us) have had very little to smile about in the last 15 months but thanks to Shaun, her tears this week were of joy and we cannot thank Shaun and Channel Healthcare enough. Just taken delivery of 3 recliners today to replace my softly sprung suite, purchased because of lower back pain. I was told about Channel Healthcare by a friend who had spotted an ad on TV. I made contact with the company and am so glad I did. The service I have received from Rebecca and Shaun has been excellent, from help choosing the right chairs to delivery and setting up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

A very pleasant and well mannered person to start: obviously knew his product, was thorough when measuring up what was required and delivered what was ordered. Would have no problem recommending this company.

As a young woman I found it very difficult to accept that I needed adaptations. Shaun was so understanding and helpful… between us we managed to pick an upholstery fabric that was modern and classy. I purchased a profiling chair and double bed… both items are literally the best things I have ever bought. They make my life so much easier and are both extremely comfortable. Shaun will go out of his way to help answer any questions, offering suggestions and support wherever he can. A year or so down the line I needed the bed and chair dismantling, moving to my new property and putting back up. Again Shaun did this, he was so respectful… despite the stairs being narrow with a difficult bend he managed to get both items up the stairs with no damage at all to my newly painted walls. I cannot thank this company enough and would recommend them to any age customer they really are unbelievably helpful and worth every penny.
