After being advised by a Physiotherapist to look into additional support for my husband in his wheelchair, first port of call was Simon at Oesteopoise. We went through several options, on Simon’s advice an appointment was organised by Oesteopoise with a company specialising in this area, this was so helpful in reviewing seating positions and possible adaptions. We now have a new back rest which is adjustable for any future needs. A very happy outcome and the Physiotherapist’s also impressed with the product.

It is an expensive chair and one expects the best. Unfortunately not in this case. The problem is the flywheel which adjusts the locking mechanism. It is stiff, difficult to use and poorly designed. I am disappointed.

My father had a light bulb moment when using a walker. No pressure needed to realise that he was more confident using the walker.

Osteopoise Healthcare is a company that works really hard to find out what the customer needs and to ensure that that is what they get. I now have a Rolls Royce wheelchair which will go anywhere, turn on a sixpence and which is transforming my life. Thank you Simon and Alison.

Alison could not have been more helpful and amazing in getting my Mum back on the road with a new walker in under an hour! This is all the more remarkable given that I was 150 miles away. Awesome!

Extremely poor customer service and support.
My wife and I called in to purchase a portable wheelchair, I was talked into buying a second hand power chair and utilising an existing van we owned with the additional purchase of ramps.
The company failed to deliver on agreed delivery date and time so I took the opportunity to cancel my order of the second hand power chair as it didn't meet my original brief of portable electric wheelchair, I decided it wasn't suitable for my needs as I really required a portable option that I could fit into a large boot.
The company didn't have anything suitable within my 2k budget so I asked for my money back as I have decided to have surgery which was refused, instead offering a discount against a future purchase stating terms and condition's that I wasn't made aware of prior to sale, also he failed to deliver on arranged time also he didn't have to order any items in as this was for a second hand power chair that was simply sat in the storeroom, considering the bad advice I was given and the decision to keep my money despite not supplying any goods, why would I ever go back there for a future purchase.

I heartily recommend Osteopoise Healthcare at Bingham. Some years ago, I had already enjoyed excellent service there when I took my Mother to buy a rollator. Today, I took my elderly parents-in-law for a demonstration of various aids and chairs. They desperately needed recliner/rising chairs but, understandably, were nervous and a bit reluctant. Simon handled the situation brilliantly and sensitively and we ended up buying two recliner/rising chairs and another comfortable chair. There was no hard sell and Simon is so knowledgeable and was totally understanding of our requirements. Furthermore, his products are of a really excellent standard and the prices are very fair. Couldn't be better.

Excellent customer service right from my first enquiry. Simon was really knowledgeable and helpful, without the 'hard sell'. My client purchased a T-roll for positioning and tone management after previously declining a standard NHS T-roll, as it was too uncomfortable. This product is easy to position, comfortable for my client and is already helping to lower his lower limb tone after a couple of weeks. Osteopoise will be my first port of call if I need similar equipment in the future.
