We recently bought a riser recliner from MobilityCo for my mum and I honestly can’t fault the experience. She was a bit unsure at first but the team were really patient and took the time to explain everything properly so she felt comfortable with the decision.

There was no pressure at all which we really appreciated and they helped us choose something that actually suited her needs rather than just the most expensive option. The chair itself is excellent quality and has made a big difference to her day to day comfort and getting up more easily.

Everything was straightforward from ordering to delivery and we were kept updated throughout.

Would definitely recommend MobilityCo if you are looking for something like this. Really helpful and genuinely caring service.

Ordered a powered wheelchair for my father, who suffers from dementia and is struggling to walk, because my mother struggles to push a normal wheelchair up the hills where we live.
Waited for the 2 to 5 day delivery and it still hadn’t been shipped after several days.
I enquired on chat to be told it would be leaving that same day and would be with us by Friday. No dispatch email arrived.
The phone lines are clearly not open from 8am to 8pm as stated on the website as the office was closed when I phoned at 8.10am and 6pm.
After finally getting through, James told me that DPD failed to turn up and collect the delivery, but it was still scheduled to be with us by Friday. Again, nothing.
I was then told that they were going to have to ship with another company so wouldn’t arrive until after the bank holiday and if I would like, I could cancel the order and have a refund.
I replied saying I wanted the refund processed that morning but I still had to ring up to get this done as I heard nothing.
I doubt very much that they had the stock in the first place and were just biding their time trying to source it from elsewhere and they were just fobbing me off with excuses.
I would have much preferred honesty than silly, unbelievable excuses.
This company does not live up to the many positive reviews that I have read and I certainly won’t be dealing with them again, or recommending them to any of my friends or family.

The website has clearly defined sections easy to follow when looking for in my case walking sticks.
The website gave me clear options whether i was looking for a left handed palm type walking stick or a right one.

Extremely very helpful company I've just ordered my new mobility not delivered has yet because I was worried about having any room to go through the gate so without hesitation they came out with a demostrater also found a solution for access to my shed notibg was trouble i highly recommend this firm to anyone for there mobility needs thank to a great company
