Mark Fowkes has been excellent during the choosing and setting up of my son’s specialist bed. The aftercare care has been superb too as well as organising prompt repairs to the bed. Well done Mark- a big thank you.

What a refreshing change to have the opportunity for someone to listen and respond positively to a challenging situation. Shaun was a total professional at Channel Recliner’s and keen to find a solution to my Mums unique set of requirements. Once he’d listened and understood he brought forward a range of options and when Mum didn’t quite fit into one category he offered to make further adaptations to suit.
He was a total gentleman, professional and courteous. At no point did we feel pressure to make a decision to buy, and after providing a quote he still continued to put forward possible options and adaptations to meet our needs. I have no hesitation in giving a full 5 stars and would recommend his company for a truly bespoke service.

We were very impressed with Shaun. He took time to listen to our needs, provided a range of product options and was very flexible in travelling to our home to make it easy for us to try the different chairs.

On a visit to Channel Care for a Rotating Bed demo we were dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner by Shaun. Nothing was to much trouble and there was no selling pressure in fact Channel Care will not sell a product unless they are 100% sure it is suitable for a customers needs.
Shaun had the utmost patience during the demo and nothing was to much trouble for him.
Delivery was within a few days and Shaun made sure we were completely satisfied with the installation and operation of the bed before leaving. Better service and prices would be hard to find.

This company are amazing my dad has a very rare muscle disease and needed a custom recliner to meet his specific disability needs. The recliner needed to assist dad from sitting to full standing, and needed to rise only vertically without a tilt. I cannot recommend them enough both Shaun and Adam were amazing and super patient with dad. They are dedicated, always on time, very professional, super knowledgeable about dads needs, they gave sound advice and met all our needs. We are very happy with all their work and the price too. The recliner is super comfortable and the laying position is perfect for dads swollen legs, he can now lay back with his legs higher than his hips which was a specific requirement from his consultant. They came to our home as we couldn’t get dad to their show room, they came in full PPE, and brought a chair with them for dad to try. The chair comes with a 5 year warranty they are more than happy to come out and make adjustments and even move the chair at no extra cost. What fabulous service.Thank you so much Shaun and Adam. You have made my dads life so much more comfortable and extremely safe.

I'd like to thank Sean and Channel Health for their A1 service no hard sell , or offers if you buy today and no waffle. A great one to one service with home demonstration we got just what we needed at a price that suited thanks again and I would recommend them 100%.

After a couple of disastrous visits from National companies last week I was recommended to call Shaun McCluskey for an assessment for a riser/recliner chair my elderly mother.
He visited today to assess my mother, my sisters who were present described him as ‘brilliant’ and were so impressed they ordered the chair this afternoon at a price that was far less than the National companies who visited last week.
Cannot thank Shaun and Channel Healthcare enough for providing such an excellent and ethical service.

We would highly recommend this company. They came to do a trial on an Apollo rotate bed at our home and took the utmost care (spending a lot of time and trying different options) to make sure we were absolutely happy with the product. Hi, just want to say the beds I bought are absolutely amazing, I have back problems after a injury at work, as well as an operation that went wrong, and oastioaurthuritus. at last I have found a bed that is perfect and does what it says on the tin, I would recommend these beds 100%, they are worth every penny my only regret is I wish I bought one sooner, Could have saved my self a lot of pain and sleepless nights.But now I don't wake up stiff and in pain, and sleep like a baby . Following a lengthy search for a new powered armchair for my wife we were recommended Shaun McCluskey from Channel Healthcare. After an initial home visit Shaun couldn’t have been more helpful in making suggestions best suited to my wives conditions. After trialing various options he was able to put forward his recommendation to our local health authority and occupational therapist for the best suited chair. After been approved and delivered we now have a chair which meets her needs. Shaun has since made subsequent visits ensuring everything is ok. We would have no hesitation in recommending Shaun and his company for their products and service.

The Florien chair has made such a massive difference to my mum's quality of life that I feel all my birthdays have come at once. My existing riser-recliner chair was unsatisfactory in several ways: leg support too short, back support inadequate, seat too wide, etc. It therefore made sense to discuss having a tailor-mad chair with Channel Healthcare. They responded promptly, spent a lot of time assessing my needs and taking measurements. They were also very helpful in providing swatches for the covering (it wasn't easy to get these, apparently , but they made the effort on my behalf). The chair was manufactured, delivered and installed within a month, which amazed and delighted me. There was a glitch and the Channel rep came out immediately. It turned out the glitch was because I hadn't plugged in properly. The chair wasn't cheap but I have no quarrel with the price: the chair is excellent, and I give Channel Healthcare 10 out of 10 for professionalism and service.
