Excellent professional service from start to finish. Mum needed a made to measure chair due to her small stature. The standard chairs on the market were too big. Shaun visited mum at home and did a thorough assessment, taking lots of measurements, to ensure the chair fitted mum perfectly. There was no hard sell, unlike our experience with other companies we had previously contacted. He gave full details of price and waited for us to contact him with our decision to purchase the chair. The price was very reasonable and comparable to other companies. He even provided a loan chair for the duration of the wait for mums new chair. The finished product is of excellent quality and mum is very comfortable in her new chair. We had some pressure relief incorporated into the seat cushion and this can be upgraded in future if needed. I have already recommended this company to friends, family and colleagues.

We recently took delivery of the new Tri - 2 chair. It was delivered and set up by Shaun who was both expert and highly professional. I could not fault either the chair or Shaun's efficient help and guidance during the whole purchasing and instalment process. Shaun was appointed to me by my rehabilitation officer after suffering a severe RTA. I needed a chair that would help me stand up and also recline in multiple positions so I could avoid sitting in the same postion for too long. Shaun arrived with a demo chair for me to test out. Once I was told the custom chair would take 6 weeks to make, Shaun was compassionate enough to see my difficulties with my old chair that he let me use the demo till my custom chair arrived. Very passionate, polite and friendly guy.

They travelled to meet him and measure up and also provided samples they even loaned him a chair because of his medical issues until his was made. We had the pleasure of working with Shaun and the team at channel earlier in the year. We ordered 13 bespoke recliners, of which the process was seamless from enquiry to deliver and beyond,they were informative and gave us the chance to get exactly what suited our organisation and the patients we support. The company have been extremely helpful with not only the recliners but our under bed tables. The quality and comfort of the recliner is great. This company is a little gem, Great customer service and quality, we will definitely us them again.

Following a serious injury I was advised by my OT to try an adapted bed and chair (to make day to day life easier).
I cannot thank both Adam and Shaun enough; They are both kind and compassionate. They go out of their way to help relieve stress/worries.
As a young woman I did not initially feel comfortable accepting that I needed aids however, now they are here I am so glad I did. Getting in and out of bed is so much easier.
Channel healthcare are able to make furniture that does not look out of place in a new build property. I picked a very modern fabric and everyone that has seen it comments on what a lovely chair it is.
I highly recommend the company for all ages, nothing was too much, they are tidy, efficient, caring and offer such a range of furniture and fabrics.

After having some rather unhelpful conversations with other companies I eventually contacted Channel Healthcare and at last I found someone that still believed in good old fashioned service. I was looking to find something that could hopefully help me get in and out of bed and thought that the roto-bed might be the answer. Shaun of Channel Heaalthcare agreed and arranged to assemble and deliver a bed and leave for me to evaluate. Unfortunately the bed was not suitable for my needs and I asked Channel to collect the bed. Again Shaun was very obliging and arranged for him and a colleague to again travel a long way and spend around 4 hours un-I installing) and removing the bed with no complaints or sale! What a refreshing experience in these profit driven times especially in the field of mobility/healthcare services.

I recently contacted Channel health care to enquire about the possibility of getting an air chair for my dad who is in the late stages of Alzheimers and has been bed bound since November.
Shaun was able to meet me just days later with a selection of chairs for myself and the care home staff to evaluate. Having made our choice the said chair was thoroughly sanitised and wheeled in for dad to try.
To see dad sat looking out of the window was amazing and since that he has been able to join other residents in the day room on a daily basis. The chair has given him a vastly improved quality of life at a very precious time for him and my family.
The service we received from Channel was prompt, professional and compassionate with a genuine desire to make sure that Dad's needs were met. Without doubt a 5* service from Shaun and a great product in the air chair.

My brother recently purchased a rise and recline chair from Channel Healthcare. Due to his complex health needs I helped my brother to make contact with Shaun to carry out a chair assessment and to subsequently place an order. Shaun came out very quickly after our first contact. We tried several tilt in space chairs for my Dad. One chair was left with us. This was fantastic. A week later shaun returned to make a few minor adjustments. He provided the best customer service. I can highly recommend channel healthcare.

They were also very pleasant and personable. They put the chair together very competently, also the table I bought to go with it.
