Payment and activation issues were professionally handled in a timely manner. VERY quick to respond, and very patient in resolving all issues, and I am a fully satisfied customer.

Super product backed up by super support.

Their product OST to PST converter could not be activated when I was trying to use it. Later they came with a solution but it was too late. They refused to refund the payment so watch out for them and better buy similar product elsewhere.

I'm very happy with the customer service I received from Bitrecover. I purchased the SmarterMail Migration tool, but couldn't figure out how to get it to work. They went above and beyond to help me!

Bought BitRecover VBA Password Remover for $29. I only needed it for one password in one document. It didn't work. Customer Service was initially responsive and asked me to send the file over. I did, and never heard from them again. I don't recommend it.

I had one or two problems installing the app, but the Support Team were very quick off the mark and stayed with me until everything was sorted.

Just bought the product, quickly installed it, and ran a test. Wanted to have only PDF with certain names and the support helped me in minutes. Great Support - looks like a brilliant tool to me.

I had trouble deleting the emails from my account and I contacted Shimona from tech support and Simona was very willing to assist. The programm I bought was not the right one for our purpose. So I contacted the support and told them my problem. They sent 3 other programms to me, which solved our problems in the end.
The support was very friendly, very quick and professional.

I also got cheated by the "promises" of Bitrecover concerning their "Money-back-guarantee". We had a serious and time risk SQL database problem to solve but the offered software solution from Bitrecover did not work. As we had to react immediately we decided to rebuild the database from scratch. So we asked for the promised "refund" as the "Money-back-guarantee". Instead of refunding they wanted be to analyze with them why their software solution did not work. But this is definetely not my task. So we lost $299 for nothing. FRAUD WARNING!

I have recently used BitRecover Office 365 Backup Wizard to backup Office 365 emails into PST file extension. I provided me 100% accurate result by maintaining the actual folder structure. Just bought their OML tool to transfer calendar entries to ICS files but the tool is not working properly - could not import most of the entries and the support does not want to refund me my money. They even advertise that they refund within 30 days -> this is clearly false advertisement. I got it from this page: macuncle
