Found out there was a replacement application, which the technician (Peter) provided. That replacement application was approximately 80% faster than the initial program MBOX Viewer. The experience was timely and fast and helpful.

I somehow thought the tooling wasn't working, but the customer service rep. Shimona helped me right away, and the old IMAP e-mail service has been imported into the replacement Outlook.com e-mail account.

I wish I have read about the company before my purchase.
Company's refund policy is unfair where they force you to choose alternative programs without refunds.

Recently I have bought Email Backup Wizard but it's didn't work for me due to security limitations toward third party apps.
I have contacted customer service to cancel my license & refund me full amount since I it wasn't useful to me.
Unfortunately, I haven't reach an agreement with them as they are asked me to choose other programs with no refund where I'm not interested in any other solutions.

After some initial hickups with the IMAP migration, their support worked on all issues and now it works like expected.

Kevin Adams (1 253 914 165) went above and beyond on multiple occasions to resolve my email download and back-up issues. I use a Yahoo (Rogers) email provider account which is extremely important to me but also extremely difficult to download and back-up and Kevin managed through his technical wizardry and skill to somehow come up with incredibly innovative solutions to endless technical problems.

What is even more rare and astonishing is that throughout what must have been an extremely frustrating, exasperating process, Kevin never once came close to losing his cool and maintained a gentlemanly polite demeanor from start to finish.

I have had many many experiences over the years with technology and I admit to being terrified of it; however my experience working with Kevin has renewed my confidence in taking on technical challenges and I will always appreciate that, thanks to Kevin.

Completely dishonest company. Watch out since their refund policy is a fraud. They will never refund you, even if you have proof (in my case) that their software does not work.
They ask you to manipulate certain things outside of their program, nearly granting third party software & plugins full admin right to the Office 365 tenant.
After 2 hours of chatting with their support, which was helpful but could not resolve the issue (also due to obsolete documentation & video they provided) they refused to refund me.

So beware - do not purchase here - go somewhere else.

Your answer shows EXACTLY what kind of company you are. You sell software which needs HUGE modifications permitting your software to manipulate a COMPLETE Office 365 tenant. This is/was NEVER advertised. So your software does not work as advertised and therefor, for the x-th time, I kindly request for a refund before handing this over to legal counsil.

Update 2 : You should also be aware that all the 5-star reviews come from fake accounts (1 review only). The people reviewing this do not exist and probably are fake reviews to boost the product!!

I was very disappointed that BitRecover's "money-back guarantee" isn't what it pretends to be. I tested MBOX to Gmail and the demo worked for a sample 25 transfers, which gave me the confidence to buy the product, but the paid version didn't work at all, it wouldn't connect (even though the demo did!). After spending a LONG time on the phone trying to resolve the issue with BitRecover, after being asked to repeat all the steps I'd already taken, which didn't fix anything, they demanded remote access to my PC, which I'm never going to give to anyone! They used that as an excuse to refuse to provide any refund, no matter how hard I pushed. It would have been easy to keep me happy, they are more focused on money than their customers. Luckily I was able to download the Mozilla Thunderbird email client to get everything done without any issues and for free!

The Yahoo Backup Wizard and the IMAP Backup Wizard are easy to use and perform as specified. The recovery of my sbcglobal.net email was complicated by download and export limitations imposed by Yahoo. The support team went to extraordinary lengths to help me restore my email. I have never received better support.

Been using the software since 2019. Support is great and responds.
