Absolutely disgraceful company
Absolutely disgraceful company, confirmed a pick up time for family members from Heathrow at 8pm, following a delayed flight, I personally made 2 phone calls to the company to confirm flight was delayed and driver was to attend at the time arranged. The person I spoke to on the phone on both occasions confirmed that they would arrive at 8pm and had the flight number to track in case of further delays, I re-iterated Heathrow can take a long time for luggage etc so the driver should arrive at 8pm.
The driver took it upon himself to arrive earlier than arranged and when my family members came out of the airport at 7.45pm (15 minutes early) he began arguing and shouting at them that he was waiting and they would need to pay his parking charges! They called me and I heard all of this in the background, I called the company and had to explain myself several times to get them to call the driver that it is unacceptable to shout at your passengers especially when you are in the wrong! The driver was driving and shouting at his 2 female passengers trying to intimidate them before eventually being called by the company. He then proceeded to drive to the wrong address in north London instead of the address he was given in South West London and refused to take any responsibility for the fact that he was the driver and should have got them to the right address. Finally when they got back to the right location he refused to lift their suitcases up 4-5 steps, which was specifically requested at the time of booking due to my family member not being able to lift them herself and left them outside with their bags!
Honestly would not recommend anyone use this company, their drivers are unstable and they are not a safe company to use especially if you are female passengers. Stay well away from them!
Also interesting to note this company is in breach of Trust Pilot policy so do not have a rating - be warned!

Ordered from London city airport. Did not show up. Wasted half an hour. Ended up by going to the hotel by Uber. Money was refunded.

Driver was keen to and wrongly charged us waiting time.
I have been using 1st Airport Taxis for last few years but it has always been to reach to the airport. As I had very good experience then, this time we booked it on our way back home too once we landed.
As the flight was initially delayed we booked for a 9 am pickup instead of the 8:10 am pickup which is 1 hour after the flight lands. However, the driver(304) just disregarded our 9 am booking time and argued that they monitor the flight landing times and arrive accordingly. He also changed the booking time to start at 7:45 am although the flight showed a landing time of 6:55 am on the BA site (but the flight had actually landed at 7:04 am, anyway).
We arrived at the taxi at around 8:20 am so the driver charged us extra 10 quid. Although the amount isn't too high but we were disappointed as we felt cheated because we had booked for a 9 am pickup.

We fully appreciate how this left you feeling let down-particularly after you had clearly requested a 09:00 pickup to account for the flight delay.
We proactively monitor flight arrival times to minimise delays and make meeting your driver as seamless as possible; however, a customer’s confirmed pickup time should not be overridden without your agreement, nor should waiting time be applied before the scheduled pickup time. From your account, this standard was not met, and we apologise.
We have asked our Operations team to review this booking in detail, including the driver’s timeline, dispatch and GPS records, and the flight arrival data. We will address this directly with Driver 303 and reinforce with our staff that customer‑selected pickup times must be honoured and clearly communicated, especially when flights are delayed. We would also like to arrange an adjustment for any waiting time charged in error on this journey.

Forced to pay more the day before
The day before was told there was a booking error and I needed to pay an extra £80.
I had booked this a month in advance and no word until I was about to catch my flight home. Good thing I had access to my email.
No apology no reason no leeway.

Highly recommend- special mention to driver ID 379
Honestly the service from this company was amazing. They had great communication throughout the entire process, they were prompt, helpful and cautious but efficient with their driving as we were travelling in the very early hours of the day on each occasion. I want to make special mention of driver ID 379, in a tired haze I made a mistake which made us late on our return journey, he had the right to cancel our trip as we were so delayed but he didn’t leave us at 3am with a toddler stranded so that he could make his next customer and it honestly meant the world to us. He had great communication the whole time and his compassion was unparalleled.

Excellent Service
Booked taxi for 0900hrs pick up. Taxi arrived on time and driver was polite and professional. We were kept up to date with drivers location, vehicle registration and drivers name on the email that had the attached live information. Drop off at the airport and driver helped unload the luggage too. Excellent service. I am sure on our return the service will be just as good. I’m sure we can update with the return service review.

First time booking, great experience
First time booking and had a really great experience. I accidentally put the wrong the date on the online form which was promptly spotted and I received an email to confirm the correct pick up. The driver arrived on time in a large clean vehicle which could accommodate my luggage and got me to the airport comfortably.
