A Very Satisfied Customer
Although the plane was delayed as soon I phoned the driver ( Pawel ) he was there, He was very pleasant, made us feel comfortable and helped in loading the suitcases. On arrival at home, he offloaded the suit cases and carried them to the door, which we much appreciate after a long journey. We couldn't have wishes for a better driver, very much and safe. I have used Onward Travel Solution (OTS) Airport Taxis before and their service has been 10/10 Thank you

The driver gave up on finding our hotel…
The driver gave up on finding our hotel at Gatwick Airport and dropped us of at the terminal.
He informed that the cost involved in trying to drive around one more time was too much.
I would have expected the driver to be prepared since the hotel was clearly named correctly in the booking

Odpowiedź od Onward Travel Solutions Ltd (OTS) | Airport Taxis
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your disappointment. You should be able to rely on your driver to take you to the destination provided in your booking, and we appreciate that being dropped at the terminal instead of your hotel would have been frustrating. We’ll take your feedback seriously and review this with the operator to understand what happened. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

the driver contacted and arrived on time and helped with the luggage
Did not like:
The driver was rude, he saw the luggage and said it will not fit. He threatened to cancel the trip and said we should book bigger car in future. I make this trip frequently, always have the same suit cases and always book a estate car. it always fits and even this time it did fit.

Odpowiedź od Onward Travel Solutions Ltd (OTS) | Airport Taxis
We’re very sorry for the way our driver spoke to you and for the unnecessary stress caused before your journey. While we’re pleased the driver arrived on time and helped with your luggage, this does not excuse the rude behaviour you experienced. We understand your frustration, especially as you regularly make this journey with the same suitcases and they did fit in the vehicle. We apologise that your experience fell short of the service you should expect from OTS. We will ensure your feedback is noted and use it to help improve our service going forward.
