They never even picked us up
Do not call them if you want to get somewhere in time! How not-to-arrive at all, but make you wait 1,5 hours!
I ordered a ride from them, paid in advance. I called the driver to know where he was: he said he is 5 minutes late. I called him a few more times while waiting for more than 1hour, always said '5 more minutes'. I called the center then, where they put me on hold for 10 minutes. After calling again, they offered to book me an uber... I took the bus instead. Calling an Uber would have been cheaper, and got me to my destination on time. I missed my program, and the best apology they offered was that if I order from them again, they won't send the same driver for me. They will send him for you... Never choose them!

The taxi journey on way back from airport
The taxi journey to the airport was absolutely fine. However, my experience with the return transfer was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
The driver repeatedly called me and pressured me to hurry, despite the fact that I was still waiting to collect my luggage, which was completely outside my control. The company had my flight details, so I would have expected some understanding and allowance for the time it takes to clear the airport.
To make matters worse, the driver failed to provide clear instructions on where to meet him or how to get to his location. Rather than offering helpful directions, he continued to rush me and warned that I would be charged extra for the delay. He also commented that I should have booked a meet-and-greet service, which I found completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
Ultimately, I was charged an additional fee for a delay that was largely avoidable had the driver provided clear instructions in the first place.
I find this level of service unacceptable, particularly when the circumstances were beyond my control. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in the company, and I would be reluctant to use its services again. I also believe the additional charge was unfair and should be refunded. Not a professional service.

It was great. A very nice gentleman was there to meet us as we came out of the airport. He took our cases from us and we went to get the car and he brought us home. That's all that we wanted.

A brilliant driver made our whole experience great.
He contacted us the minute we landed at Heathrow, with clear, easy to understand instructions on how to find him.
The car (Audi A6) was spotless, inside and out, with bottles of water in the doors.
Having driven many miles, and had advanced driver training, I can say that our driver was very good.
The journey to Bristol was smooth, and relaxing. Driven by a gentleman.

Used for the first time in September…
Used for the first time in September 2026, to travel from Essex to Gatwick and back. OTS themselves were brilliant and very helpful with updates and response times. The return driver could have been less passive aggressive and argumentative but I appreciate he's an outsourced service and not a reflection on OTS. The reason for the driver's attitude was that we said we'd call the driver when we arrived back at Gatwick, and OTS confirmation email said collection outside the Premier Inn (where all past taxis picked us up from). This driver kept calling us and we had a delay, then argued with us over our collection point, told us to go elsewhere next time and then we had to call him anyway as he didn't arrive to collect us (he was sitting off-site despite us saying we were walking over to the Premier Inn when he contacted us last).
But like I say, OTS themselves were great, but the outsourced driver was not.
