I have been using OTS for many years and never been disappointed. Booking process is simple. Cars always clean and very comfortable. Drivers polite and helpful. When our flight was delayed by 3 hours an email to OTS ensured our taxi was there at 4am to get us safely home

We would 100% recommend we booked the transfer to the Airport very last minute it was such a good price. Very nice people carrier plenty of space. The driver was about the best driver we’ve had this year we’ve had seven Airport transfers this year and usually drivers are all over the road. I would 100% recommend this company very nice gentleman that drove us as well made us feel comfortable.

I have used this company several times however experienced a problem on the return journey from Edinburgh Airport to our home in which we paid for an estate car that is meant to hold x4 23kg suitcases which we actually only had x3 23kg suitcases but had to have one of them in the back squashing us because it was not an estate car sent and only a Hyundai standard car which I have photos off and the serious complaint was my sons seatbelt did not work and the driver had driven off before we realised this and we could not swap and his response was don’t worry I will drive carefully.
I made a complaint to this company and they have not bothered at all and left me very disappointed and upset by their response. They have taken the word of the driver and sent photos of the seatbelts working but the photos does not show what vehicle they were from and if it was even the same one used to pick us up. The driver has blatantly lied and said my son was six foot 5 and wanted to sit in the front this is a lie my son did not ask to sit in the front and is not even over 6 foot and I offered the company to even come out and check this. So avoid this company as you don’t get what you pay for and they put there customers and families at risk.

I paid £6 extra for meet and greet. For this I expected the driver to be waiting in arrivals for us.
When we arrived no one was waiting for us. I had to give him a ring. He said he would be with us shortly. When I complained that he was not waiting for us he said do you know how much it costs for the drop off’ I said yes £8.

Why have I paid £6 extra for meet and greet when I did not get this service?

Unsafe choice if travelling with young children

Booked an airport transfer from Heathrow T3 for my sister and her five-month-old baby after a long-haul flight, £125 including meet and greet. The confirmation email said the driver would be waiting in arrivals with a name board. Nobody was there. She was sent out to the car park to find the driver instead, baby, pram and luggage in tow after a 12-hour flight.

Then it got worse. The car had no ISOFIX and no way to fit the baby's car seat safely. I rang them and asked for a vehicle swap, just any car with standard modern fittings which you’d expect for a taxi company. They refused, saying the fare was already committed to the driver and the baby should just go on her lap for the 90 minute motorway drive. The only "solution" offered was to book and pay for a completely new £125 journey.

Their booking form has no way to tell them you're travelling with an infant or need a car seat. They sent four emails after the booking and not one of them asks about car seats or infants. Their terms don't mention it either. When I asked the sales manager to show me where this requirement appears, he told me it was "common sense" and got aggressive when I mentioned a chargeback. On the phone their team also claimed it was in the terms and conditions I had signed. I checked. It isn't, and they couldn't point to where it supposedly was.

A company that takes £125, can't deliver the service safely, refuses to fix it, then blames the customer shouldn't be trusted with your family. Formal complaint and chargeback now in progress.

Good communication and very polite driver

Paid for meet and greet only to be told when we contacted driver to make our way to the 1 hour free car park and wait there until he arrived, it was raining at the time with no shelter.

They were great I was travelling with 5 kids and a baby they provided a car seat for the baby there and back there was no waiting around water was provided the driver was so helpful I would definitely be using this company for all my other travels

Everything was great from booking to pick up. The driver contacted me by phone after I landed and met me in the arrivals hall as previously arranged. Comfortable journey home, very pleasant driver and nice vehicle. I would definitely recommend.
