Taxi driver came to airport pick up
Taxi driver came to airport pick up, after I let him know we had our luggage! Our flight was delayed by over an hour. So I was worried the taxi would fail. Very relieved all went smoothly and taxi got us home. Thank you.

I was a long time reaching baggage…
I was a long time reaching baggage claim through no fault of my own( or BA)but was able to keep in touch with the driver. I then had to wait for him when I reached Arrivals.

Don’t use this taxi firm
Don’t use this taxi firm. Our plane was delayed and we were stuck on the plane for a while post landing. We kept our driver informed throughout but when we were collected we were called immediately by a customer service operative who told us we would be charged extra as we had been over an hour late. It had already been a stressful experience travelling with two children under 2 and the customer service operative was incredibly rude. I would never use them again, they kept referring to small print buried in the confirmation email which is obviously hidden so that people don’t see it. Appalling.

I can confirm we do have a waiting time policy, whereby all travellers are allowed an hour after flight landed after which we charge £24/hour for the driver time/parking.
