Incredibly rude company. Called up to confirm they had the correct amount of car seats we needed for our journey.

I was told the 5 year old would need to just sit in the seat as they do not provide seats past 4 years old. So then making the long journey to the airport a huge safety risk for a child. So they don’t offer car seats for all children like they advertise.

When I questioned this I was put on hold to check with the drivers & was told everything is fully booked & they now can’t help. I hadn’t even given them a day or time frame we needed this service for so I asked how are you fully booked when you don’t even know the date I need you for. The person on the phone was rude & shouted for no reason.

Avoid this company is you have little ones. They do not care about there safety at all

We’ve used this company in the past no problem but this last time when we used them to take us to Luton Airport for our flight to Tenerife and then return home there was a mixup over the pickup times and they actually rang me the day before to confirm which was correct in fact I spoke to them before the time that the previous days flight had landed and then proceeded when I got back instead of £3 that I was quoted to pay as an extra they actually charged me £20 no amount of correspondence or explaining et cetera was going to make them refund the difference kept saying I made a mistake. I am elderly but certainly not deaf or daft if someone quotes £3 I expect to pay £3 not be charged £20 so I’m afraid I won’t be using them in the future and cannot recommend them to anybody. Really bad experience to be welcomed home with.

Booked this company online Two days before flight back from Rhodes to Exeter.Day before they cancelled and refunded payment saying no drivers,They advertise 24/7 service on their site,but in reality it’s far from that.Thank god another firm stepped in and got us home.

Always a great service will always use again.

Received confirmation that the taxi had been despached, arrived on time, was greeted on arrival, very nice car, and courteous

AVOID this company. arrived at airport and they were nowhere to be seen. WhatsApp at 2am local time for them to say they do not provide a taxi service when they took my money 5 days previous. Terrible company. No apology or refund. Zero communication apart from pathetic WhatsApp message. Do not use them.

Can't praise this taxi service enough. Used them many times and they are always prompt, reliable and very helpful. I was due to return to UK on 06/07/2026 but flight was cancelled due to Etna eruption. I returned 2 days later and didn't get back to Luton until 145am but they were flexible and understanding and a driver was waiting. An outstanding service, if I could give 10 stars then I would. Great value and highly recommended.

The online presence gives the impression that this company prides themselves on providing baby seats. This was not the case when they turned up at our house with the wrong car seat for our 10 week old baby. When I complained, no apology was offered. Will not use again or recommend.

Be very wary of this company. I made a booking in dubai which they took and nobody showed up. After arrival they said they did not operate in Dubai currently, but they never advised this and now ignore my communications and do not offer to refund me.

Arrived on time, clean & quality car. Child friendly with good quality car seat & very safe driving. Will definitely book again!

Our driver Muzaffar was punctual, courteous, friendly and helpful. He was also very interesting and intelligent: the conversation I had with him made the journey go much faster and I ended the journey better informed than when I started. His driving was fine too.

Taxi booked, money taken and then cancelled. Yet no refund for 10 days as advised. Why take the money when you don't have any drivers. Should know this first before taking money or check you have drivers and then request money, deposit etc. Avoid.

What a fanatic company. Have used many times to take me to Luton airport and back home. They track your flight when picking you up to make sure they get to you on time . Polite drivers and you don’t pay too much either
