Booked transfers for 5 people at malaga airport.
Waited at meeting point for 40 minutes when a driver arrived in a saloon car with 4 seats.
Said he would take 3 of us rediculous.
We got a 5 seat taxi to malaga cost 45 euros
Transfersdelsol were charging 70 euros thankfully we were going to pay the driver on arrival.

Arrived late at night at Malaga airport with two small children & a disabled adult - a group of 5.
I Checked in with the company the day before .
No one at airport - sent a text to inquire and told ‘ you are best to get a taxi’. Apparently a driver issue.
A complete ‘No Show.’ I would give them zero if I could. We had to get two taxis.
Last year they let my daughter down twice , going to the wrong town etc etc
I gave them another chance - but you CANNOT rely on them.

Pre booked a 7 seater from Malaga airport to resort in Belamadena told to meet at beacon outside arrivals assured driver would meet us there on our arrival
No driver rang and rand messaged on WhatsApp took 40 minutes to get a reply only to be told there is no car available they did manage in the end to provide a car 90 minutes after arriving at airport considering we’ve been up since 3am very very disappointed

On time pick up and quick drive from airport to resort.

Leah was helpful throughout the booking process and reconfirmed our return journey the day before . This was much appreciated as we had an early flight to catch . Good value and both drivers were on time , smart and professional . Highly recommend and will certainly use again on our next trip .

Excellent service. Dealing with Leah was a pleasure and nothing was a problem. She scheduled our airport transfer and all our golf transfers. Every driver was on time and all were very friendly. Can't fault anything. When we are next in the Costa Del Sol we will definitely be using Transfers Del Sol.

Very easy to book online. Clear pricing structure and a facility to add notes if required. Anticipate the same excellent service in December as has been provided previously.

We booked on line and also spoke with someone via email to confirm our flight and time however when we arrived no car was there.
When I called they said we never confirmed the booking I gave them the information from our emails and who I spoke to and they were very rude and not helpful. We ended up getting a taxi for less then the price that they quoted . I find this company very unreliable and rude so avoid it.

Very happy with this company, double-checked my flight times and Driver was waiting with large air-conditioned vehicle. Great service. Would use again

I booked a transfer from Malaga airport to Marbella with my family (3 small kids including a 1 year old). I requested 3 child seats. The driver showed up without any child seat, telling me I can just take my 1 year old on my lap. The office was not very helpful, telling me that it’s legal not to have a child seat in a bus for a 1 year old.
They didn’t help at all to find an alternative solution, we had to find a taxi who had appropriate seats.
