Voy a escribir en español porque me expreso mejor.
Hace 12 días que hice este pedido (orden 6314) y aún pone que lo estais procesando. Cuánto va a tardar? He hecho otros pedidos antes y tardaron solo unos días. Yo contaba con que no tardaría este pedido más de una semana, pero se está retrasando mucho. Me podéis explicar qué está pasando?

Anfangs Probleme, danach ging es schnell
Nachdem meine Bestellung anfangs mit Problemen verbunden war da die Lieferung nicht bei mir ankam wurde sie beim dritten Versuch per Express Versand verschickt. Nach 2 Tagen war das Warten dann endlich vorbei, und einen kleinen Entschuldigungs-Gutschein gabs noch oben drauf.

Bis heute keine Ware / Support antwortet nicht
Habe vor 8 Tagen bestellt und auch direkt bezahlt, bis heute habe ich keine Ware erhalten. Support reagiert auch nicht auf E-Mails.
Sollte sich noch etwas ändern gibt es eine bessere Bewertung.

Six days since they confirmed payment
Six days since they confirmed payment, order nowhere to be found.
I've contacted the supplier so maybe the problem will get solved. I'll update this post if that happens.
Edit: order status was updated to shipped. So maybe the order will arrive in the next few days. Should that happen I will change the rating.
Edit2: The order came today. Honestly I should take 2 stars away for this long delivery time & complete lack of communication, but as long as the products do what they should do I guess it's fine ...
Just so everyone knows this review does NOT include the product quality which I have not tested yet. This is merely a confirmation that after a long period of waiting at least the order did finally arrive.

UPDATE 2! I got the goods, yet not exactly what I ordered. I ordered Noopept in capsules, yet they sent it as a powder. I messaged them about this yet got no reply so.. they deliver the product but the quality of communication and service could be better.
UPDATE! They replied, apologised and promised to deliver the order with express delivery, so I should receive it tomorrow. Will update the review if nothing happens.
Order not received, No answers to emails.
Before making the order I contacted them asking about deliveries of my chosen products to Spain and got a positive reply. So I made the order on 11/03/2019 with standard shipping with tracking. On 14.03 the in their website order status changed to "shipped" yet with tracking code the status is "InfoReceived" and since that date it has not changed. Till today (25.03) order not received. So more than 10 days already. I emailed them twice: once on 21.03 with a question regaring my order, no reply till today. and the second time today, obv no reply.

Serious company and good quality
I ordered from here a few weeks back and my order arrived safe and sound, in about a week.
The product I ordered was Adrafinil and it's of really high quality.
I will definitely order from here again in the future!

Ich habe jetzt schon 2 Mal bei Xnootropics bestellt. Von der Top Qualität der Produkte einmal abgesehen. Wieso ich umbedingt eine Bewertung schreiben möchte ist der absolut perfekte Kundenservice! I bought capsules of Sulbultiamine which was arrived regularly, but for me were not Sulbultiamine (I bought them in pharmacy in Spain and the effect was totally different) after contacted them, they refunded me.
