"I ordered and payed on 2nd august. Today the 23rd august im waiting and waiting to my order and they dont answere to my emails... if they have stolen my money i contact the police!

I did... the product now is arrived but... 1 month... its to much to give you 5 stars im sorry. I dont give you 1 cause you was really fast to resolve the problem but... i've waited 1 month and its not professional... sorry!

They used to be good, but I've been waiting for more than one month now and they're not answering any emails either, something they normally did. They have my money but products aren't being shipped and that's not good.

After two emails they replied saying they had a technical restructuring that caused a backlog.
they apologized for the inconvenience and now the order has been sent.
I hope it arrives in a reasonable time.

Les hice un pedido en Junio, al mes comencé a enviarles correos tanto a la cuenta de la web como a la de el correo con el que me confirmaron el pedido, sin obtener ninguna respuesta. Aunque finalmente me llegó el pedido, en ningún momento se han tomado la molestia de disculparse o aclarar el porqué del retraso. Me parecen una empresa poco fiable.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and i still dont have any track on my order, i have send them emails and i had no answer¡ i think i have been scammed, im gonna wait a bit more but if not i will take legal action for sure¡

EDIT: They have contacted me because of this review, they had technical problems restructuring and moving of their email provider so they are facing heavy delays in both our dispatch and support departments. They have resolve my problem, so im cool with them. In the future they will have no problems.

Ich hab die Bewertungen hier gelesen und habe vereinzelt gesehen dass X Nootropics nach Überweisung nicht mehr reagiert, aber auch ein paar normale Bewertungen. Also hatte ich natürlich Zweifel an der Seriösität der Seite, da allerdings zu diesem Zeitpunkt X Nootropics der einzige Anbieter war der das von mir gewünschte Produkt zu den richtigen Konditionen anbot hab ich mich trotz meiner Bedenken dafür entschieden hier zu bestellen und jetzt hab ich den Salat: Keine Antwort mehr nach meiner recht zügigen Überweisung. Aktualisierte Bewertung: 3 Sterne und Inhalt: Nachdem ich per Mail dem Kundenservice mit rechtlichen Folgen gedroht habe hat sich was getan und ich habe nach 15min die Nachricht erhalten dass sich mein Bestellungsstatus geändert hat. Ich werde erneut updaten falls nochmal etwas aussagekräftiges passiert. Im Moment gehe ich davon aus, dass ich die Bestellung erhalten werde. Da muss jeder selber entscheiden ob er hier bestellen will ist auf jeden Fall etwas fragwürdig.

I ordered something there over two weeks ago (order #7449), one day later my payment was comfirmed, since then i've heard nothing of them. Support doesnt answer aswell (wrote them one week ago)

Update: One day after my review here they wrote me that they were having technical problems, which should be resolved by now, because of which they hadn't been able to see my order and emails, and they would send my order via express mail to compensate for the long wait. A day later it arrived.

Ich bestelle seit 2 Jahren schon hier. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität. Die Lieferung kam immer pünktlich und der Support hilft jefes mal recht zügig. Im Vergleich zu anderen Shops machen die noch was für ihre Kunden! Wirklich tipitopi 👌

Update :They finally contact me after my review on trustpilot and they already shipped my order with tracking code.They have probably some technical issues so be patient guys with them

Realice un pedido y tras dos meses ni he recibiso nada, ni tan siquiera se nolestan en contestat los correos.

Never received my order. Emailed them about it and did not receive a response.

I haven't received my order in over 5 weeks & they were very poor at responding to my repeated emails in a reasonable timeframe, I thought I was being scammed but fortunately my order arrived after about 6 weeks and they apologized & assured me they had technical issues & it wouldn't happen again.

No problems last year when i bought some noots. I made an order (order ID:#7028) on the 8th of June this year and I have yet to recieve my package I've written to them 3 times no response from them whatsoever they delivered last year fast and easy, this time it seems like I've been scammed, I'd advice you to stay away from this site. I'll update my review if/when I recieve my order.

Update: they have been having technical issues on their end, after my review, they reached out to me the next day and compensated the long wait with express delivery. The order arrived today.

Ordered and paid for order 6147 more than 1 month ago, May 5th. Nothing received until June 16. No answer to at least 5 emails and contacts. Not a good experience. Wondering when I will get my goods or money back, will update when received news..
Update: received today package 21/6 by Express courier. Still the lack of communication by the supplier was disappointing, hence 2 stars only.

Kurz:
-Habe mit Expressversand bestellt, und sofort bezahlt
-Habe das Geld (per ihrer Anweisung) an die falsche IBAN überwiesen
-Nach mehr als 3 Wochen und langsamer email Kommunikation um das Problem zu beheben kam die Bestellung an

Hatte mit Expressversand bestellt und sofort bezahlt (um zu bezahlen muss man die Betragssumme an eine IBAN (die x-nootropics einem per email schickt) überweisen). Als aber nach über einer Wochen nichts an kam schrieb ich eine email. Es dauerte einige Tage bis ich eine Antwort erhielt und wie es scheint haben sie mir eine IBAN vermittelt, die nicht aktuell war und meine Überweisung zurück hätte senden sollen, doch das Geld hat mein Bankkonto verlassen und wurde nicht zu mir zurück geschickt. Als wir dies endlich geklärt hatten dauerte es noch einige tage bis ich eine email erhielt die mir sagte meine Bestellung werde verarbeitet, und nach insgesamt mehr als 3 Wochen kam dann endlich meine Bestellung an.

Fazit: es ist tatsächlich ein existierendes Unternehmen, ist aber noch etwas Verbesserungsbedürftig was Kommunikation und Organisation angeht.
