X Nootropics 

I placed an order in March. I wrote several times to their contact email, never received any answer. The order has been shipped three weeks since I it could be missing, lost, who knows. I cannot even receive a refund, cause the company doesn t answer.

Confirmation on the client side to proceed with a different postage service due to corona is not something I would think of as necessary, but still, that is what happened.

As of product, x-nootropics are legit (at least in the range of my purchased products) and I thank the team for responding in the end, but latency with system problems and needless confirmations are just not making it a smooth experience. I really hope they improve at some point.

Placed an order on 25th March For products I make sure are on stock;
Got automatic mail for payment confirmation on the 27th of March.
A week later I sent an email asking where is my order. No replay!
Today, 11 days later still not in possession of the products and no answer to my emails!!!

Mala experiencia con un pedido que nunca se llegó a enviar. Pasada la fecha limite de recibir el pedido intenté ponerme en contacto con el vendedor con varios correos para saber sobre el seguimiento de mi pedido pero no contestó a ningún correo hasta el día que le avisé de que le iba a dar mala publicidad y a denunciarle, ese mismo día me respondió con excusas y pidiendo perdón y que me devolvía el dinero del pedido, al día siguiente ya tenia el dinero en la cuenta, evidentemente no le doy buena clasificación por intento de estafa y no quisiera que a nadie le pasara lo mismo.

Zum zweiten mal bestellt. Letzte Bestellung Heute angekommen nach knapp 3 Wochen. Kommt halt aus Spanien, damit muss man rechnen. Qualität sehr gut, hatte Sulbutiamin bestellt und wirkt sehr gut!

Products came in the day after they where shipped, and are working GREAT.

Great prices and quick shipping. I can’t rate the product itself because I have questions and they will not respond to my emails. Customer service rules and they suck.

Their homepage says, they'd need 5-7 days to deliver. Regarding the automatic emails I received about the order process, it took them that time (and a little more) only to start getting ready my order. If you want to get some of their products for exams for example, you better order a month ahead.
I did two split orders (8907, 8911) in a very short time and asked to send these together, expecting to pay less postal service charge. They sent both in in one parcel, yes, but kept the postal service charge that was over.
Finally the product does what it is supposed to. That's the only reason why I don't feel like totally fooled by this company. Not to mention that they haven't answered my contact request. I will look for other sellers before going here again.

Je reviens sur mon avis donné ce midi sur x-nootropics.com car j'ai enfin reçu des informations sur ma commande qui apparaît maintenant sur mon compte client, ainsi que le paiement qu'ils me disent avoir reçu et sur l'expédition qui est en route, j'ai reçu aussi un n° de suivi du colis ; tout est donc parfait maintenant, il n'y a plus qu'à attendre le colis.
Je ne mets pour l'instant que 3 étoiles parce que leurs informations sont longues à arriver, ils devraient être plus rapides et ainsi le client est rassuré.
Je mettrai 5 étoiles quand j'aurai reçu mon colis
Il faut aussi regarder dans spam car des infos étaient arrivées aujourd'hui et on ne pense pas toujours à y aller voir.

2 days after a bad review here, they contacted me. I placed my order and they dispatched it very fast. Product not tested yet.

Spedizione anche se con problemi alla fine è andata a buon fine ma vi sconsiglio ugualmente di ordinare da x notropics, non rispondono alle email, anche se riguarda dubbi leciti sulla qualità dei loro prodotti su cui loro stessi scrivono nocivo se ingerito. Mi spiace ma recensione molto negativa, Ricordatevi che voi andate avanti grazie a noi cliente

Am 17.12 kam die Bestätigungsmail bezüglich des Zahlungseinganges.
Seit dem warte ich darauf dass meine Sendung los geschickt wird.

Auf mehrere Mails, sowohl in englisch als auch deutsch, wurde nicht reagiert.
Weder über das Kontaktformular, noch über die Antwort auf die Zahlungsbestätigung.

Zusammengefasst: Geld wird angenommen und die Leistung seitens x-nootropics bleibt aus.

Über weitere Schritte werde ich mir wohl Gedanken machen müssen..

Update 20.01: Die Sendung ist für Morgen angekündigt. Die Erklärung/Entschuldigung des Supports war nachvollziehbar. Fehler passieren.. aufgrund der offenen Kommunikation 4 Sterne.

I just deleted a critical review which I had written only to get the company's attention because as a result of circumstances beyond their control they had not replied to my earlier emails. Upon seeing the review they immediately emailed, sent out the order even before receiving payment, and in every way acted to show that customer service is a high priority for them. That demonstration of good faith together with information I've received from colleagues that X Nootropics' products are the best available in terms of quality, makes me happy to be able to rate them with five stars.

I payed and didn't receive my package and no response. Just a scam.

They contacted me and because of a hitch they didn't receive my emails earlier. They still send the package and I received it this week. All good!

EDIT: I edited my old review because, although after 3 months, someone of the Staff resolved my issue and refunded me completely.
I don't think anymore that it's a scam... but until today the communication has been too inefficient to be justifiable, so I hope that in the future they somehow will regain the trust of the customers and maybe I will try some of their products.

It's been a month and a half now. I emailed repeatedly with no response. Then I get an apologetic response telling me about their recent shipping issues and giving me a coupon. Was told order would be packaged and shipped immediately.

It's been another 3 weeks, no tracking number given, and once again no response. This time I am emailing them directly, so it is not a "system issue" that is leading to lack of response. I was expecting to get the products in time for an upcoming interview, given I was ordering 2 months in advance. Looks like I may be screwed on this one.

Edit: they shipped the order with urgent delivery and I got it in time. Hopefully they are more attentive to emails. I would think it's easier to check emails than Trustpilot.
