X Nootropics 

23 June I ordered something from this website (ordernumber; #25336). I haven’t gotten any confirmation/information about my order, and dont know where to contact them. I hope this issue can be resolved, afterwhich my review will be changed.

Worst customer service and a scam o ordered a product order number -NS7283-2022 , was never delivered and no reply for the emails and the number doesn’t work +31652698094 ,
Please solve my issue if it’s a legit business !!

Les he comprado muchas veces durante varios años y siempre ha llegado a mi buzon Hasta esta vez que indican que mi pedido 21133 esta retenido por Ups por no poder-se entregar. Es un sobre que lo dejan siempre en el interior del buzon pero tampoco tengo notificacion alguna de Ups ni nro de seguimiento. Han pasado 15 dias y no responden a los mails pero si lo hacen al instante cuando pagas. Incluso de la india te reenvian los paquetes con otras empresas.Toda Una decepcion para mi.

Developed hypertension and joint pains after taking just 2 capsules. Feel as if I have been poisoned. Am on Glutathione to get relief from the joint pains. Never had HTN or joint pains before taking Noopept capsules. Please be aware of the side effects.

Update 17/12/2021:
Both orders arrived, all is well and seeing how this was the only time I've had problems with them over the years and with there being a global pandemic going on, I can really only give them the five stars they deserve.

Customer service replied to me and my orders should be on their way to me, I will update this review once my orders arrived.

I have been a customer of X-Nootropics/Yottaboost since 2019 and never had a problem with them other than sometimes having to contact customer service to have my orders shipped.

I ordered from them twice in July 2021 and the order history acknowledges I paid for both orders but nothing was ever shipped even though I contacted customer service at least five times over the months.

He pedido más veces anteriormente y todo ha ido bien. Sin embargo, en esta última vez me siento estafado. Hice el pedido el 06/10/2021 y, a día de hoy (13/10/2021), sigue en estado "Processing".
Me he intentado poner en contacto con ellos desde el mail de confirmación del pedido y desde el formulario de la web, pero NO HE RECIBIDO NINGUNA RESPUESTA.
Hablaré con Facua y valoraré negativamente por todos lados para que todos sepan que ES UNA ESTAFA.
Quizás antes fueran serios, ahora NO.

Placed order (Order #96553] (March 8, 2021). Shortly afterward I noticed on reddit they ship from the UK which was NOT specified on the website. They did not make that clear (intentionally). I paid in btc. Hoping they actually respond and refund immediately.

I am in the us. I can get this product within days from a vendor here. Shame on this 2 star rated outfit for deceptive business practices.

Edit - I wqs responded to and asked for refund. I paid with cryptocurrency. I have yet to see any reimbursement days later.

I'm quite disappointed by the delivery time. 3 weeks from spain to germany. But the product is good.

I ordered on the 1st of September, and still no news (#12341). I guess they rebranded to yottaboost because the reviews weren't great about the former name..

Ich habe am 30.09.20 bestellt und heute 14.10 ist die Ware dann angekommen.

Nachdem ich das Geld überwiesen hatte, tat sich 7 Tage lang nichts und ich habe mich an den Kundendienst gewandt. Der hat am selben Tag reagiert und die Ware wurde versendet. Dann hing die Ware 7 Tage im spanischen Postsystem rum.

Trotzdem 4 Sterne,weil der Service schnell reagiert hat und die Preise, bei den meisten Produkten, fair sind.

Im Moment ist die Coronalage in Spanien sicher auch an der Verzögerung schuld.

On Saturday October the 3rd 2020, I made the order with reference number 12900 for the amount of 65.45 euros, that I paid via bank transfer right away the very same day.
I live in Barcelona, Spain and X-Nootropics are located in the south of Spain as well. So according to their website my order should be delivered to me within 3 to 5 working days.
After I wrote to them several times asking when they will ship my order, they shipped it two working days after payment and I received my order within 5 working days.
They don't reply e-mails but they seem to do the job.

Made an order with nootropics, transferred the money through a bank transfer, have not received any kind of confirmation or order number or shipment status. The customer service is not answering my emails and it has already been like this for several days, almost a week. I am very concerned and disappointed with the customer service. If they will respond and actually ship my order I'll come back and change this review. But this far I am very disappointed and it feels like a big scam.

Attention Arnaque, ne pas commander sur ce site, commande numéro 11437 jamais reçu ; aucun colis envoyé, malgré encaissement des paiements. L'adresse mail de contact ne répond pas, mail non délivré. GROSSE ARNAQUE. Site à fuir de toute urgence.

He tenido muchos problemas con esta empresa. De tres pedidos, dos han sido todo un problema de comunicación con ellos. La última vez que he hecho compra ha sido necesario poner en esta misma página un comentario totalmente negativo (amenazando incluso con acciones legales) para que, después de 5 semanas y 5 mail sin ninguna respuesta, se hayan dignado a contestarme. Las excusas dadas no justifican en ningún caso la no respuesta a 5 correos electrónicos, enviados por duplicado ( desde su propia web de atención al cliente y desde mi propio mail) Veo que están más atentos a lo que se comente en esta web que a las demandas del cliente a través de su web propia. Me dicen que todos los comentarios negativos ya los han solucionado. En mi opinión esto no es manera sería de trabajar. De ninguna de las maneras. No volveré a comprar productos suyos solamente por la odisea que cada compra con ellos supone para recibir el pedido. No se puede tardar un mes o más para recibir un pedido, y además con esa atención al cliente tan inexistente.

Se excusan por correo pero no envían el producto. Tardaron 3 meses la última vez

I ordered a free trail sample of mind tech and CBD on 08/11/20. Their email stated it would arrive by 08/16/2020. This is 08/20/2020 and no arrival. I have talked with their customer service on two (2) occasions. I was told the items were shipped on 08/12/2020 and USPS would deliver them on either 8/16/2020 or 08/17/2020 This is obviously a scam. If you do not receive the pkg by the end of the 14 day trial period your credit card will be charged $84.94 I tried to cancel my account, but customer service would not do it.

i had forgotten that order; just before repeating the same mistake again, i saw my first order...
i emailed them yesterday morning, no response. (should i wait a week?)

if i observe correctly, posting on trustpilot might be the more (maybe only) effective way to trigger a reaction, not email.
maybe they do customer management via email mess? or is there profit in ignoring customers?

(i can't find any people or real world contact address. is this actually a scam?)

edit: it was shipped 2020-08-28 and arrived 2020-08-31. yet no communication response (from any human) whatsoever.
i will have to test the quality of contents... so for now i will give one star more for finally delivering (3 months late and after posting to trustpilot).
