Two days later we still have no factual information from Voicehost on why SIP INVITES are being rejected.

Allegedly we only had to make a couple of calls and Voicehost could tell us exactly where the problem was. Over 2,500 calls later, at our expense, we have no clear fact based information.

Talking to real people easily and having sound advice has truly benefited my company.

VoiceHost and Jake in particular, has excelled in a very difficult situation and proved yet again, they are a company to partner with.
I have a very happy customer that had their number 'lost' by their existing supplier and Jake retrieved it and programmed it to work immediately. I was thinking the customer had lost their number, but it was working within 10 minutes of them contacting us. Thanks Jake.

After some teething problems which turned out to be our internet connection, the hosted IP virtual phone system is just excellent, so flexible, and has made our expansion a new office far easier as we can just move a phone to any internet connection!

Fixed a fault yet again, always recommend to friends! Never had any problems and always resolved issues efficiently.

We selected VoiceHost as our hosted platform about four months ago and have found the service and tech support excellent. It's comms so there are always problems :-) and with some companies these have been dreadful! Not so with VoiceHost keep up the good work!

I've been using Voicehost for the past couple of years for their broadband service and not once have I had any trouble. When I was with another provider I had half the speed of what I can get with Voicehost.

After talking to a few people I know who use Voicehost for their telephony system, I decided to take the plunge and try it out. I have been using it for about 8 months with no issue at all, it's been a very reliable service. If I have ever needed any help I never hesitate to ring them as their support team are very clued up and are a pleasure to speak with.

Would highly recommend for both broadband and telephony services.

I've been using Voicehost for 6+ years. The service has never let me down in all that time. It's easy enough to configure everything and if you do get stuck the support team are top notch too. 5 stars are not enough! Keep up the great work Voicehost!

Simple process of fixed IP Address - ended up speaking to the entire customer services team and was met with promises, rude attitudes, and non of the time lines were met - totally unprofessional.... and still awaiting the service...
