The installation crew of Tom & Jack were excellent. They were friendly and explained clearly what options and choices I had. They were careful both inside and outside.

Dave Williams was very professional, helpful aswell .

Anthony N door knocked and for the first time ever I feel like they were a zero pressure conversation rather than a hard sell. Took a while for me to buy due to contracts but again it was low pressure.

Stu M installed and was super nice and friendly and informative. There was a whole team turned up but having assessed the effort required for this job he did it alone and encouraged the team to move onto the next one. This impressed me because I feel like most people would've taken the chance to....chill....but it felt like he wanted the best for the business which was really nice to see.

WiFi is SO much better than VM as well, honestly couldn't be happier.

Dave Williams was brilliant, easy to understand and everything he promised was delivered. I received a phone call to organise the transfer shortly after he left, the service was superb and I was kept informed at every stage. I felt as though I was dealing with humans. Thank you all involved. I can highly recommend transferring to Truespeed. Could not have been easier.

The company helped me work around an access problem to their equipment on a national grid pole and were prompt with their communication.

Was easy to chat to about my concerns about range and indeed was correct i have Internet all round my whole property very happy..
He was chill about me smoking going about my housework (I know lot of people dont smoke anymore)
A lot of non smokers nowadays find it insulting smoking around them because they don't. I hate that in my own home.

05/04/2026 - Cabling from the pavement connection point across a flowerbed and lawn towards the house; Excellent workmanship with no change to the appearance!
07/04/2026 - Continuation of cabling to the Router location, workmanship ok. Connecting and setup of the router; high speed Fibre worked straight out the box!
16/04/2026 - Telephone number porting completed; working as expected.

Overall the switch from Utility Warehouse to Truespeed was a painless experience - Thank you!

We are very happy with our Truespeed experience.
Our only comment, it takes forever to get through on the phone but once their the staff are very jelpful

Ryan O'Neil came to our home to install Truespeed broadband.
He was polite and professional and tidy in his work.
Talked us through operation of new system and asked if we had any questions.

Stu and Jake came to fit our wifi and I could t have asked for better people to do so. They were both extremely polite and helpful and made sure that I knew all that was going on. They gave me some tips and were genuinely really nice guys. Thank you both
