VoiceHost have made it so easy to setup a new phone system and they deserve some credit for that. Their tech support guys are easy to reach on the phone and using their webchat. Configuration mistakes on our part were fixed quickly and smoothly. These guys are great.

The phone is always answered and someone is "on the case" within moments. I have had to use the service several times with equipment updates etc. that I couldn't handle on my own and have always had my problems sorted patiently, cheerfully and fully. What more could you ask for - a demo to a few others perhaps?

The service provided by VoiceHost is second to none.

Initially I had a few problems setting up clients, and navigating around the portal (as with any new platform you need to familiarise yourself with it) but the great thing is in the portal you have a button at the top for online help/chat this is priceless and the technical level of support and help is amazing!

I now purchase all my hardware from VoiceHost - they set it all up before shipping it out so you can be assured the bulk of the work is already done (and you've also got peace of mind knowing its all working too!)

If you need a solid quality, dependable VoIP service at a good price, go straight to VoiceHost. The control panel takes a little bit of exploring, but everything is ready to go right out of the box and the quality is excellent. I've spent a lot of time faffing around with other VoIP providers and clients that never held up, but VoiceHost have their own Android client that sounds great, Zoiper works perfectly, and if you pair it up with some Gigaset or Cisco handsets you'll be well away. Lots of advanced options for you to try out as well. Their network has great performance, from my residential connection I have a round trip time of 9ms and from our leased line it's just 4ms, meaning you don't get delays or trouble with packets being dropped.

Now if you're like myself and enjoy tinkering, you may be wanting to use something like Asterisk to set up really complex forwarding rules, integrate your phone system with your website or customer database, set up fancy online voicemail etc. Setting up a PBX is a pretty massive topic, and there are a lot of variables when it comes to setting it up and getting it to work just right. Getting it to ring is simple enough, but getting the right codecs, diagnosing handset and network artefacts or mysterious behaviour that may or not be linked to a firewall... That can take a long time. Enter VoiceHost support, who have been unbelievably helpful getting me sorted out with the little problems that did crop up. You're straight through to someone with lots of experience who wastes no time fixing whatever issue you have. The time that I discovered an obscure Asterisk bug with some very misleading symptoms that caused all incoming calls to be dropped, my Google-fu was useless, but the VoiceHost team had it figured out and my setup was back up and running in just a few minutes. Everyone I've spoken to has been great and taken the time to listen and help out without simply chucking canned messages and links to knowledgebase articles at you. As the TrustPilot star legend says: no reservations, I would recommend them to anyone. If you're a big company, small business, or an individual, they have great rates, great call quality, and among the best support I've dealt with. There's no doubt whether your business' phone lines are in safe hands or not.

Company steals your data ofcom when registered TPS them should be shutdown should not be allowed and send you markerting and will not refund you.
