I had great difficulty moving away from my previous provider, but the support team at Voicehost were very patient and helpful. Now that the service is up and running, it works perfectly and I am really happy with having the phone line work as it should.

Communication throughout a process is also good, something lacking from a lot of competitors. In general, the service and platform is a really good and a sensibly-priced solution. I've dealt with hundreds of similar suppliers in my long career, and can safely say Voicehost are very high on the top tier. Not a single member of staff has been anything other than knowledgeable, friendly, and quick, and the uptime and provisioning of the product has been perfect.
