Sent an email but they only got in touch after i raised the dispute with Paypal. I had to spend several hours on phone and writing emails to get my money back

Kimberley was excellent, very rapid on refunding, just a pity that because they were sale items the shoes had sold out, so I lost the chance to buy these.
Great service and return guarantee
As a result of a poorly healed old achilles rupture leaving me with arthritis in my left ankle and arch/plantar pain, I have been buying Vionic shoes for a number of years now as their footwear provides better support than most other brands. The best thing, however, is their 30 day refund guarantee if the shoes are unsuitable, even after trying them out. I received great customer service when i had to return a pair recently which had irritated my achilles. For me, this is a great incentive as my feet need support in the right places, and it makes Vionic a worthwhile investment and my first choice when seeking new footwear.

She immediately sent out another pair, and when they proved to small, my next purchase (one size up) arrived today. They are perfect (thanks, Kimberley!) I shall certainly be using Vionic again.

Terrible service
I ordered a pair of sandals for my holiday , the payment was taken from my account and 2 days later told the item was no longer available. Terrible service. Will not use again

Absolutely abysmal service
Absolutely abysmal service. The shoes themselves are designed for people with ankle odeama, I'd have to have a pair of cankles the size of an Indian elephant for them to fit. When (if) you do try to send the item back, be prepared for a technical minefield to open up. Debenhams (who sold me the shoes) wash their hands after delivery, which means trying various ways to contact Vionic directly. So far I've emailed both their US and UK customer 'service' teams, left umpteen messenger notes, phoned both the numbers I found on their website, and attempted to email them, although the address provided is not working, so I used returns@calares instead, this a has also proved useless. I was contacted by someone who claims to work there (Kimberley) however, after replying to her email, I have still not heard back. All I need is a simple returns label, that's all. So, if you are considering buying an extortionately expensive pair of oversized shoes, probably best to look elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

First time customer
First time customer, sadly had to return shoes as they were too big despite being my regular size. These were returned on 22 June. Received confirmation email that the shoes had been received and that refund would be processed. Still awaiting this refund of £118 as of 1 july. I was going to order further pairs in the correct size but will now not do so. Waiting nearly 3 weeks for a refund is very poor. I have sent an email requesting my refund but this has been ignored.

Evri do not have a collection point anywhere near here. I sent an email to Vionic and got an excellent solution. Parcel has been collected today.

The power of a poor review…
All I asked for was replacement cream laces for my trainers, as mine have already started to fray after only a month!! Kimberley declined to supply me with a new pair which I consider very poor customer care for a faulty product. I like the trainers but am now forced to replace Vionic’s sub-standard quality laces. Think twice before purchasing!
After posting this review, Vionic contacted me and sorted out my problem quickly, efficiently and with a very courteous and helpful manner. This should have been possible without the need to post a negative review. Now much happier!

Fantastic supportive trainers, and very helpful after sales support too! I ordered 2 sizes to try, and returning of the size i didnt need was also simple, and refunded swiftly.

I do love Vionic shoes but what is the…
I do love Vionic shoes but what is the point if they NEVER have your size The size 5 and 6 NEVER available. So I have been tracking their site for months. No slipper available in my size. I have officially given up. It's a shame they clearly have a huge fan base. People love the shoes and slipper but they won't supply common sizes.

Customer Service Not Great
I placed an order on 31st May and tried to contact them a number of times before my holiday to check on delivery and have had no response from emails or voicemails left. I received a notification my order was with the courier but it hasn't been delivered and when I contact the courier they ask me to speak to the supplier.
Things happen but the customer service response is awful in my opinion

Very happy with Vionics
I have ordered several times from Vionicshoes and found them very efficient. Their footwear is well made and very comfortable. Orders arrive within a few days. I had one pair of trainers that didn’t arrive so sent a message through. I was instantly refunded shipping costs while further enquires were made. It turned out the delivery company had lost the order so I was given a full refund. I am very happy with this company and would highly recommend them.
