Finally a QR code arrived.
I will never purchase from you again, this caused me no end of anxiety and stress!

I contacted customer support because…

I contacted customer support because the stitching came undone on my espadrilles after only a couple of wears. The staff were very courteous and responsive and arranged a replacement without any question. They even arranged for them to be delivered in a specific day to accommodate my travel plans. Excellent service thank you!

Langley blend leather trainers manufacturing fault - no refund

I love this brand and have several pairs. I encountered a problem with a pair of Langley blend leather trainers. After around 6 wears the sole of one of the shoes has almost entirely disconnected from the shoe itself. I took it to Timpsons shoes for repair who said it was a manufacturing issue and couldn’t be repaired. The shoes were purchased through John Lewis who concluded that because they were more than 6 months old there was no recourse. £140 purchase for 6 wears a bit disappointing to say the least.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Support and Faulty Product

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of my Vionic sandals and the way my complaint has been handled.

After wearing a pair of Vionic sandals for the very first time, the footbed surface peeled away in multiple places. The damage was significant and clearly not consistent with normal wear and tear. I contacted Vionic directly, provided photographs, and explained the circumstances in full.

Rather than showing any interest in resolving what is clearly a product defect, Vionic repeatedly hid behind policy explanations and refused to offer any practical assistance. Because the sandals were purchased from a physical store while I was on holiday in London, and I no longer know which specific retailer it was, Vionic's position is simply that they will do nothing.

What I found particularly frustrating was the complete lack of customer-focused thinking. The issue has nothing to do with the retailer's service and everything to do with the quality of the product itself. Yet despite acknowledging my disappointment and accepting that the situation is frustrating, Vionic's only response was to tell me to identify a shop I visited briefly over a year ago.

The end result is that I am left with a faulty pair of sandals that failed after one wear and a manufacturer that appears unwilling to stand behind its products when doing so requires even the slightest flexibility.

Premium brands command premium prices because customers expect premium quality and customer care. Unfortunately, my experience with Vionic has delivered neither.

Based on both the product quality and the customer service I received, I would not purchase from Vionic again.

That meant the first active shipping day was Tuesday, which is why your parcel arrived then rather than on Friday.
