Ordered two pairs of shoes on 6/25/26, estimated delivery 7/1- great before the holiday! However they are still not here 7/8. Put in several emails to the customer service at Vionic. no response, one bounce back an undeliverable - confirmed address was as per Vionic website. Today I called, first rep seemed competent and said they'd contact FedEx to find out what was going on. On hold for 18 minutes when a different rep came on and started all over again and said they could not contact fedex - that I had to. I asked for a manager and rep argued with me- very unprofessional and rude, asked for a manager again and got put on hold. After another 10 minutes a new rep was on the line confirmed the shippment was in indionapolis and had been there for ~3days (unlike fedex). I explained that she needed to put in a claim so that the package would get traced, she said she couldn't do that the shipper needed to? Shipper as in FedEx? No I am fedex...!? Vionic transfered me to FedEx (the courier), who can't do anything until Vionic (the Shipper) submits a claim. So if you're Fed Ex why is the package stuck in Indi? Shipper (Vionic) chose Fedex Ground Economy. They don't rtell you on the website when ordering that's what you get. 32 minutes and I'm no where. Unbelievable.
Terrible Customer Service
Here’s a teachable moment. Let the customer know that you screwed up and took an order that you didn’t have the chosen merchandise available for. Maybe it would have been a good idea to not have FedEx send the customer an email saying that I can track an order on a product that was out of stock and not in their possession. And finally, maybe next time it would have been an appropriate move to send the customer an acknowledgement on a refund so the customer doesn’t have to call twice and send 3 emails.
I spent 30 years in direct marketing working with companies like LL Bean and Talbots. Vionic has the WORST customer service I have EVER come across.

Average shoes
I have to have shoes with arch supports following surgery on both ankles. Consequently, I have brought several pairs of bionic shoes. There is an issue with sizing some styles have arrived and were just to big. On the whole fit was ok. Quality is average for the price. They are expensive and are not the same quality as, say ecco, but my sandals are ok. Will buy again but would love to find another company that does shoes with arch support at a better price and quality.
I used to love Vionic Shoes
I used to love Vionic Shoes. One was guaranteed quality footwear that really was comfortable and ready to wear right out of the box.
Today? Cheaply made. The arch support is there. But the quality? Non existent. I ordered a pair of 'snakeskin' look sandals. No one can wear these. Instead of lining the inside of the strap in leather or a smooth and soft cloth, the strap was the same rough plastic as the outer strap. So, the second you put them on, the inner strap rubs the surface of your foot. Who thought of that? A man who never wears sandals.
Buyer beware. Don't order online. Save yourself the time, trouble and return shipping.

FIRST TIME VIONIC PURCHASE - VERY HAPPY WITH QUALITY AND COMFORT
This is my first experience with Vionic. Was not sure what to think, but had searched for a classic, high arch, leather, penny loafter and theirs looks very tempting. The ordering was simple and I am happy to report the shoes are SUPER DUPER comfy and have become my favorite, high arch, shoe. I wear an exact 7.5 (without hose) in a dress shoe and ordered these in 7.5. They are just a tad larger than a 7.5, but do not "flip flop" when I walk and are simple to step into. Yes, they are hard upon the wallet. Yes, they are super soft on the feet.

The phone number goes straight to voice mail. They don’t ring you back. I am contacting my bank.
Did not receive the size I ordered
I ordered a specific size of two pairs and they came in totally wrong. They would not give me my money back. They would not send me the right shoes. The best they would do for me is 20% of the order which was $100 wow what a poor business structure I do not recommend them at all
Fell apart very quickly
Shoes looked OK at first. Terrible quality in the soles. I cant honestly say they are the worst shoes I have bought due to them falling apart so quickly. The soles just peel off then you end up tripping over them if your not even aware. They are a health and safety issue whilst being poor quality. I have tried four types of glue to try and repair them and they cannot be repaired. I 100% say I would avoid these ever again after my first experience with them.

Was recommended to buy some shoes from Vionic, due to my foot problem, decided which ones I wanted & bought & paid for them at around 5 o’clock in the evening.
I got home from work at 3.45 the next day & the shoes had been delivered, that’s what I call 5* service.
I’ve worn them in the house & out today & they are perfect, so comfy & my foot problem is not as sore as when wearing other shoes.

Vionic shoes has terrible Customer Service!!!
I have never dealt with a customer service that is as bad as Vionic Shoes! They left a pair of insoles out of my order and refuse to mail them to me. They want me to go to a Happy Return and mail them back to them and they will send another pair of shoes supposedly with the missing insoles to me. They asked me which insole was missing. I sent them the information and then they send a letter stating they can’t send them. I don’t recommend ordering from them. If you have a problem they are not going to rectify it.

THROW AWAY shoes
I bought some Vionic tennis shoes that I’m going to throw away. They’re so uncomfortable and stiff. I should of known better because they weren’t allowing returns because they were selling out this style. Obviously because they were junk and trying to get rid of them. They sent an email to me to do a review on them. I tried to review them and it wouldn’t go through. I’m guessing they don’t allow one star. I’m only buying in stores from now on.
sole separating from shoe within a few months
I placed an order for sneakers on October 31, 2025. ~3 months later, the sole of the left shoe was separating from the rest of the shoe quite visibly and badly. All I do with these shoes is walk. I was quite surprised by the poor durability, given the price.
UPDATE: yesterday (Feb 2026) the sole of the left shoe completely separated, so now the shoes are totally unusable.

I'm decently fit at approx 200#. These have helped my feet tons more than crocs or anything similar. Dinging 1 star b/c plastic strap rivet broke ... but super easy to fix with a black ziptie that nobody notices.
Empty promises and deception
I bought a pair of sandals years ago that I love bc of the arch support and recently bought a pair of Walking 2.0 sneakers for the same support. After testing them to be sure of the fit I decided to keep them. Lacing them up for their 1st walk the lace loop pulled out of the shoe. Looking closer, that side of the shoe was not stitched down. Reached out to Vionic and of course they want to back their shoes. I had to send the shoes to Nu Shoe in CA and they would determine if they were damaged and refund my money. Encouraged to send them by a trackable method. That was Aug 5th. FU on 8/27 and the return had not been processed, ok. Told to call back in 2 weeks. Called the Sept 23rd and I was told the refund was processed and check mailed on Sept 2nd and it will take 4-6 weeks to receive check! Is it coming by the pony express! Now Oct 11th, no check.
To dispute a credit card purchase you have to file within 120 days of purchase which was in June 10th, that would be Oct 8th - convenient! So I have disputed the charge - let’s see what they do with that!
Sad that a company that wants to ‘stand behind their products and offer refunds for defective items’ plays this game. At this point I am out money and shoes!
