I have about 10 pairs of Vionic shoes mainly the loafers. Just recently bought the Colbie add wore them today for the first time, I hate them. I thought I could lace them up, but I can’t! Also my instep is high and the tongue gets all puckered and wrinkled making them look ugly!
Surprisingly bad customer service
I have generally had good experiences with my vionic shoes, but they are driving me crazy with my recent purchase. I ordered two pair of the same shoes in different colors.In the same size that I have several other well fitting vionic shoes. However, when they arrived, the silver pair is huge, while the black pair is on the smaller side. I feel that I should be able to return them despite having bought them on final sale because clearly there is a discrepancy with sizing of the same style shoe. And unfortunately, they don't make my favorite pair anymore. The responses I am receiving
Show they aren't even listening, because they're describing that different styles run differently. But the shoes I ordered were exactly the same only in a different color. There is no reason I should have expected them to fit differently. I suppose i've bought my last pair of vionics.
Im size 8 but size 8 wide far too small
Im size 8 but size 8, despite being wide was far too small with toes hitting the front. Returned. Didn't feel very good quality. OK for popping to the Gym etc but nothing else.
Very poor quality trainers
Ordered Air trainers. Supposed to be ultra supportive. Very disappointed with poor quality when they arrived. Paid €39.90 for them and they were like a €5 set of trainers.
My advice is dont buy.
Luckily I opened a case with paypal and they’re issuing me a refund.

Be careful ordering online. Inflexible return policy. I ordered three loafers to try to "bracket" my size. $433 worth. None were a good enough fit (they run large), so started a return and ordered a fourth pair of the same shoe to see which I would keep. I held off on the return so I could ship all three of the non-fit pairs together. I was out of town when the fourth pair arrived. When I came back, I tried to return the three pairs as soon as I knew one pair fit. I was three days past the return deadline. I called and spoke to a supervisor. "No exceptions to return policy. The deadline is passed. You can sell them on PoshMark." That's $433 plus the pair that fits -- over $500. And no flexibility for being three days past the return deadline. On principal, for inflexible customer service, I won't buy Vionic again.

Worst customer service!!!!!!!!
Worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered two pairs of shoes, have only received one of the two and it’s been one week since the order was placed which is frustrating because I paid for 2 day shipping. I have spoken to two different people who won’t give an update and say that the case has been escalated and that I have to wait another week for an email reply to update me on why part of my order has not shipped. I asked if they could get me a reply sooner because I am about to travel and need this delivered asap, which is why I paid $18 for express shipping in the first place. They said no. I asked if I could then cancel the order since I can’t get a more immediate update, and they said no. The customer service reps have zero interest in being helpful at all. I have yet to deal with any other company that can’t get a shipping update from their warehouse sooner than one weeks time. Oh and I asked for a refund on the express shipping and the first rep said that she’d do that, and of course, that has not come through. I’ll be heading to the store to buy a different brand shoe and will be returning these whenever they do arrive.

I've heard the company has changed hands. Why oh why, did they do this? The new stock is all over the place and not comfy. I had 3 pairs of vionics and bought 2 new pairs, the same size as before but they arrived longer. It's a nightmare trying to return them, too. I live overseas, so buying is no longer an option, as it costs me a fortune to send them back. What a disaster.
Defective Shoes
I had a problem with the stitching coming loose and contacted them. I only wanted to have them repaired or replaced but this was not an option. I had them repaired as I liked them and I will not buy any more shoes from them.

The Gemma II Mule Slippers fit well and…
The Gemma II Mule Slippers fit well and are really cozy until you start walking. The slipper needs to be gripped with your toes to prevent them from sliding off. Nothing cozy about that. I’ve purchased other open-back slippers without this problem. My mistake was buying these as a gift a couple weeks in advance of Mother’s Day, so I missed their tight 10 day return deadline. A return policy speaks volumes about a company’s goodwill towards their customers and this one fails to impress. So I’ve decided to explore more customer-centric retailers. And with a vast selection of online retailers at your fingertips ready to serve you, I can’t see why anyone would recommend Vionic and I suggest you give this store a pass.
Very uncomfortable !
I bought a pair of sandals and they were very uncomfortable , I read they were like walking on clouds with memory foam , well when i received them i couldn’t even walk they had like a hard bump within the arch in the middle part if foot which made it hard to walk since i’m flat feet .. I loved the sandals though to bad i had to return them! Not to mention they were way over priced.
Shipping was not good at all ! They kept changing the delivery day, i was supposed to get them the most by April 25 and they arrived April 28! Fed-Ex is the worst service
No Free Returns
I ordered Vionic sandals and I received them one mo. later.Clearly states 5-8 business days for shipping. I also thought there was free returns. I was e-mailing back and fourth with them and they sent me the return label. Never once did they tell me there was a $9.95 fee for using their return label which they should have told me in the e-mails that they sent to me. It does state on their web site but since I was dealing with them direct I didn't think I had to go to their web site to read about their returns. I was told on the phone I would be getting the full amt. back since my invoice showed it was not the case.This was clearly not the case.When I contacted customer service they stated it clearly states a $9.95 charge for printing return label on their web site or I could return to any Happy Returns Bar which there are none in Hawaii. On my invoice they took off $7 and called it a processing fee. So much for free returns!

I ordered shoes. Did not fit neverbwore besides trying on insurance house. They asked me to take picture then said lookednworn and refused to refund money. Went on for more than 3 plus months. Never ever wore took multiple pictures. Suggest not purchasing if you not exactly sure they will fit. Although say can return had me jumping through hoops for unworn shoes. Will not purchase from them online again.

I bought 3 pairs of Vionic Sandals, i have literally worn them for every day - absolutely loved them from the moment I put them on. I have walked miles every day in them with no issues. Now searching to replace them.
Cheap "leather" and little support
I bought a pair of vionic shoes on sale - a nice pump. I wore them twice easily. The "leather" is already coming off on the toe. This is not OK. Also, the support is not as good as I'd hoped. There are other brands, priced the same, which are better made and offer more comfortable support. Vionic seems "cheap."
Poor quality
Poor quality - sadly, I will now no longer buy this brand. After this being the only brand I have been buying in recent years, two of the newer pairs have broken fairly early on in a serious way. One may have been an anomaly, but two just reeks of cost cuts. Super disappointing to opt for cheaper production on what is supposed to be a quality brand.
