HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I contacted customer service because it had been 2 weeks and the shoes hadn't arrived. They said they would have to send the issue to the resolution team and it would take several days. They did not offer to replace and send a new order, or work to remedy the situation. Once they determined it "likely lost in transit" they offered to refund or replace. The company did not offer expedited shipping or a discount based on the inconvenience, even after waiting almost 3 weeks since original order. They use this que system which takes 2-3 days to get a response each time you write to them. I called and asked to speak to a manager after spending 6 days corresponding through this que system . The supervisor was not apologetic and did not take any ownership of the above situation. She got defensive. She did not put the customer first!
Garbage shoes
Absolutely no quality control and they obviously don't care. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them over the course of a year. All size 8. What I received were progressively bigger and bigger shoes. The last pair was the size of a 9.5. What a joke! I even took pictures of the inserts to show the size discrepancies and reached out to customer service...nothing. I'm not sure how you can create a shoe that can be this off, but Vionic has managed to do it. They won the award for garbage shoe and lost me as customer.

Customer service nightmare
Vionic's shoes look so nice and are supposed to be very supportive so you would think this is a quality company. It is not.
The only way I could use more than one gift card on their website was to buy Vionic gift cards with my multiple gift cards. Since the boots I wanted were more than $150 I really wanted to pay for them partly with gift cards. I bought $100 in gift cards and paid the last $50 with a credit card.
I received the boots and they were slightly uncomfortable, but I really loved them so I was torn and let them sit around for 2-3 weeks. Then the boots went on sale for $105. I called Vionic because I wondered if they would just give me the difference and if not I was going to return them as I was still within the 30 day window. I explained the situation and that I hadn't worn the boots yet. The customer service representative said that she could give me approximate $45 in store credit. Since I had paid for most of the purchase with gift cards, it had to be credit and not a refund. I figured this was better than nothing and accepted. She said it would take a couple of days to show up. I kept checking and when it hadn't shown up a week later, I inquired. The response I received was that the boots were marked down to $50 and that is what I paid so there was nothing they could do. I said, no that's not right, I paid $150. So the next person replies that they refunded my credit card the approximately $45. But they didn't do that either so I replied again. The next response was that that I had only paid $50 for the boots (again!). And last, they told me that the $100 gift cards were a "discount" and that they cannot refund to me more than the $50 I paid. This one has no logic whatsoever.
In addition, most replies take several days. I have tried to call them once and was advised to go back to the email. I highly recommend that you think twice before buying expensive shoes directly from Vionic. I would recommend you order from Amazon where you don't have to deal with Vionic and could still return them if they don't work out. Or better yet, just don't let them have your money and find somewhere else, which is what I will be looking for.

TERRIBLE customer service and a real shame since the shoes are really wonderful. Found a "retired" pair of slippers for half price and ordered. Received email the next day saying the order was canceled due to "inventory issues". I checked the web site and the slipper in my size was still available and I was able to move to my cart. Wrote to Vionic via the link on the web site and never heard a word. Kept checking the site and the slipper was still available 3 days later. Contacted Vionic again this time using my email and got a scripted response followed by an apology and an offer for free shipping, which I already had, and a meager 10% off, which if you know these shoes, is nothing special!!!! Checked the site and for the first time the slipper was now not available in my size. I reached out again asking for a better explanation and some additional compensation and never heard another word. Ignore them and they will go away is their customer service policy. I'll go back to Orthofeet. Also great shoes and at least their customer service cares.
200$ Regret - Buy Elsewhere
I ordered a pair of shoes that came to 200$. I sized down a half size because I heard their shoes run big. They were still too big. Oddly enough, one is looser than the other despite them being the same size. If I’d ordered a size 7 they would have been way too narrow. I can not comprehend why Vionic can’t get their sizing right. Really not worth the money, there’s far better brands in their price range and I won’t be purchasing from them again. I literally can not wear these shoes even with a toe insert to make them smaller. My heel just falls right out when I walk around with them. I’m so disappointed. When I submitted my honest but poor review to their website they didn’t display it which leads me to believe they only keep favorable reviews. If you’re considering purchasing from them I really don’t recommend it, they’re not well made and the sizing is ridiculous.
Horrible customer service when received damaged shoes
I’ve been buying Vionic shoes for years because I figured they’d help my back. Turns out PT helped my back. Still, loyal to the brand, I continued to purchase their overpriced shoes for years. Recently I received a pair of suede boots that had a weird substance on them plus a scuff on the toe as if it had been scraped against something. I tried to contact customer care for over a month and no one got back to me despite several attempts. Finally someone did and their response was basically that I’m a liar because they stand by their product (despite me providing photos of the issues straight out of the box) and that if I want a refund, I have to fill out this whole form and pay out of pocket to ship the boots back and even then they don’t guarantee a refund. I never expected such abysmal customer service from a company that charges this much for shoes. Incredibly disappointing and this will be the end of my relationship with Vionic shoes.

I was so impressed with Vionic , I ordered my sandles before 5pm & they were on my doorstep by 1pm the next day . My sandals are lovely & stylish . I am wearing them in gradually as advised & truly hope they can help with my plantar facilitis .

Quality of the shoes has plummeted, they fall apart very quickly and are no longer worth the money. Cheap materials, poor manufacturing standards, and an expensive product. Save your money.

Vionics Was Sold
Let me redirect you regarding this company and product quality, I have worn Vionics for years or did wear. Then I started to notice they were fitting improperly up around the toe and back around the heels. After about 3 pairs being returned I went and did a Google search and the truth is actually on QVCs website but I can’t repost from another site but it does say the company was sold late 2018 and since then the quality and fit has dropped off as manufacturing the shoes pieces has moved to China. Look at all the buyers on QVC with many complaints. There is no longer consistent sizing and quality control, it’s so sad they were once a great shoe

White Sneakers Cannot Be Cleaned
My white mesh sneakers will not come clean. I only wore them shopping and walking. After 1 month I cleaned them using the recommended directions and they will not come back to white. I now have two-tone sneakers. And when I tried to return them I spoke with someone who was sending me a defective form but I got nothing.

I purchased the Vionic thongs SKU Aloe in size 5. When I received them, they were huge and apparently made for a wide foot. I wear a size 5 but I have narrow feet. I called the customer service and to my dismay, the shoes were last sale, meaning, I can’t return them nor receive a refund. I’m a woman on a fix income and the price of $68.19 is very expensive and now is a loss. Well Vionic you have failed the customer as there are no measurements given on the sandals. Unfortunately a lot of my shoes I purchased are via the internet, due to the small shoe size.
My advice: don’t buy unless you have a detailed description of the item. This should include measurements. A person can measure the shoe and their feet to determine if they would fit!!!

Love their shoes but do not buy from the company direct. Buy from Amazon or Peltz or any other shoe company that does exchanges. I have at least 30 pair of Vionic. Ordered a pair of their beach shoes from vionic.com instead
Of Amazon or Peltz which is my typical. The beach shoes have the same support as dollar store flip flops and don’t stay on as they are very very wide. Tried to exchange them and the company refused since they were on sale. Will never buy from them again. Would give them a 0 rating if I could.
