Airplane cancelled their flights… I am working in kuwait and from there i booked my travel package… My travel date was 26th March,2026 … I paid 696000INR out of package 80%…. Due to flight cancelled I processed for refund process through their staff (Sachin and Priyanka) both are commutated with me regarding my trip… Believe me till I am not getting a single penny refund from this agency… Radhika is manager of Sachin and Priyanka… I have worst experience with these staff of this company… They gave time today .. Tomorrow… next week.. now 5 month passed away till I am not getting my refund… So guys Not book any travel packages with Travel agencies….. share with ur friends and relatives by which they will aware before trip with this agency..

Trooli have been really great about me needing to move house. When they knew they could not give me a service in my new address they waived possible cancellation fees and just asked for 30 days notice. Ntombizonk was very helpful when I called to verify cancellation had gone through okay

George hodgson is the man, got me set up with a package and set up having the broadband installed within minutes. Easy switch from sky which had terrible broadband. They informed sky that im switching so i didnt have to do anything other than sit back and chill. Thanks again george 💪🏼

I’ve just moved house and wanted to reconnect - the efficiency and customer service has been great. I wasn’t waiting long at all to speak to someone. George was really friendly and efficient and managed to get me an installation slot booked in the same week. It really is top level customer service but just an overall a high level broadband service - speed and reliability. Highly recommended and has been the best provided I’ve experienced so far.

Great customer service as always from Trooli. Shadai help reduce my renewal fee to match competitors.
The fibre broadband is excellent and I really wanted to stay with Trooli - really pleased they are competitive.

Overall-pretty damn good
Overall, I’ve been pretty happy with Trooli.
The installation was handled well and the engineers came out promptly, which made the setup nice and straightforward. Day to day, the service has generally been good and does what we need it to do, especially as we rely heavily on streaming services and working from home.
There have been a few blips where the connection drops out now and again, although to be fair, most Wi-Fi services have the odd moment. We did have one bigger issue where the service was off for about a week, which was a real problem at the time as I work from home and we don’t use traditional TV.
That said, when I look at the service overall, I can’t really complain. I’d much rather use a smaller business that gives a more personal service than one of the large brands that seems more interested in making money hand over fist than actually looking after customers.
Overall, Trooli have been good to deal with, the installation was smooth, and we’re happy with the service.

With the great help from Patrya I have renewed my contract with Trooli. Been with quiet a few broadband companies over the years but Trooli is definitely the best! I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants a fast reliable broadband.

Hurrah we have left TROOLI terrible BB…
Hurrah we have left TROOLI terrible BB and returned to SKY!!!!!!!
It was brilliant from day 1. Supposedly we had 150 mbph from TROOLI and only 70 from Sky.
The SKY router seems better quality and more robust. It does NOT need booster boxes or any other wires and clutter. To top this Sky paid the early termination contract fee too!?!?!?!
The Outreach engineer fitted our system quickly and efficiently.
So pleased to leave TROOLI and it’s spinning, loading, Need to be rebooted repeatedly and terrible customer care.

Professional from start to an abrupt finish.
At the start when I was asking how Trooli worked I was reassured by Kash who was professional with no hard sales pitch.
Even after I had signed up Kash informed me that if install wouldn't be possible then the contract would be cancelled.
On installation day John and Shaun arrived and even although it was clear this was going to be a challenge for them they both got their thinking caps on and managed to carry out the install professionally with no moans.
So far the new connection is very good so time will tell.
*****Unfortunately I have had to downgrade my review as of today. I have had to cancel my contract due to constant dropouts and having to continually reset my router.
This has nothing to do with the sales team,engineers or the cancellation team. They were all very professional.
I would add though that the technical team really couldn't sound more disinterested in trying to help you. Speaking to to them made me feel like a was an inconvenience to them. ********
