A very poor start with Trooli

We had an installation 3 days ago and we have a problem!
Trooli are being slow to resond and clear this up

Robbed not extending contract still charged 30 days

If you’re not extending service at the end of your 24 month contract still get charged 30 days even not entered new contract apparently they need 30 days notice even you no signed for new contract and not extending
And internet not great anyway WiFi routers not supporting wireless connection to printers and the rest of gadgets rubbish ripped of so glad contract is over

At the end of the minimum term, customers can choose whether to renew or leave. As set out in our terms, if you are outside your minimum term you can cancel without an early termination charge, but a minimum 30 days’ notice is still required.

Trooli are superb!

I had Trooli about 6 years ago at my old property and was very disappointed that my new property couldn't get Trooli. After a year of going on the Trooli website and requesting they install Trooli in my area it finally happened. I therefore phoned Trooli and spoke to a very helpful and lovely guy called George who walked me through the steps of switching. Trooli are covering the cost of early exit charges and there are no additional fees for installation or setup. From my previous experience with Trooli I never had any dropouts and when I performed speed tests they were always in and around the garunteed speeds. Cant fault Trooli and i highly recomend them to everyone i speak to.

First class service

Phoned Trooli as my contract was due for renewal. I spoke to Sacha who was very helpful and sorted me out with a new deal.
First class service from start to finish.

Great Company

No internet for two weeks and not fixed still

Had no internet for nearly two weeks and still no help from Trooli. Everytime I call they want me to just reset the router which makes no difference, got bored of same conversation so cancelled direct debit and binned their equipment 🙏🖕🖕

A lovely chap called Billy came to…

A lovely chap called Billy came to install my broadband. He was polite friendly and very efficient. He explained everything he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. Once it was all done I asked if he could connect it to the tv, he happily did this.

Trooli terrible …

Terrible customer experience when there is an outage / network issue. Our internet stopped working on Saturday , no comms all weekend and when you speak to them they promise it is in hand - it wasn’t as engineers don’t work weekends !!!
Minimal communication and nothing of value since Monday am - it’s now Wednesday and day 5 still not fixed and no idea when it will be .
Trooli terrible and not fit for purpose for those that work from home

Still no wifi and at the start of day 6 with no estimated time of fixing it from the company . They have been contacted many times but seems to make no difference to the speed of resolution !!

100% Recommend, Amazing Product, Service and Great Price

So far so good not a bad word to say about this companie or staff. I hadnt heard of them and was suspicious of 2Gb symetric broadband. But wow...

Spoke to Kash on the phone, no hard sell just real people.

Within 24 hours of ordering a surevyor visited the property, and my router was delivered. My virgin was cut off right after trooli went live ... so zero down time.

The istaller Graeme was amazing, quick clean install. Super helpful, super nice guy. I would 100% reccomend them.
