Switching to Trooli from EE
Following a recommendation I switched to Trooli for a broadband connection. The installation was trouble free and on time. The internet speed around the house is now so much better although the connection to the garage is not as good as before. This is to do with the meshing of the 2.4 and 5 bands. This was a problem for my car charger which is in the garage but I managed to sort this so the charger works fine.

Simple advice do not use Trooli
Simple advice do not use Trooli. It is dreadful. I cant use it for work. It is too unreliable. Ive written a previous negative review a few months ago and Trooli responds in a manner that suggests they will try to assist with the problem. But nothing has changed. Avoid.

My call was answered within 10 seconds by Sacha, and my upgrade to 500 mbs took less than three minutes. Great service by anybody’s standards.

ISP Trooli = Very Good & Fast - Support "Call Flow Solutions" = Very Poor Support
Its difficult to score, the score would certainly have been less except when working the full fibre product is great, fast and good value.
Just to be clear, The main gripe is not with Trooli, but its selected support provider Call Flow Solutions.
I would certainly encourage Trooli to look into its support provider quality, I've never in 20 years experienced such frustration trying to resolve a simple issue, I felt dismissed every time even though I could quickly pinpoint the problem. No one would listen.
I'd been through 7 months from September 2025 trying to rectify a persistent daily connection failure issue through Trooli's support provider "Call Flow Solutions" which you can find on other reviews online with not so good feedback.
Through email or call, Call Flow Solutions where unable to resolve the problem, that being, repeated connection fails with variations of
failed connection
check password and try again
Unavailable network disabled by administrator
couldn't connect to network
Incorrect password
WPA3 connection is required
The router is a Zyxel Ethernet IAD EX5601-TO dual band AX6000.
The only remedy multiple times a day was to reset the router. At times the router wouldn't even recognise its own password.
A list of the different responses I kept getting from Call Flow Solutions was that ALL my home device are at fault, Update ALL home devices, router placement issue, home devices do not meet the WPA3 protocol, The router does not support WPA3 (this is odd as the router clearly says it does). Each call was met with that they would do a line check to wall which was fine but as I kept reminding, the issue is not with the connection to property, never has been, please check the router as I believed it to be faulty.
I gave up, from September through to April I'd had enough. I bought a cheap Xiaomi AX3000T Wifi6 router off eBay for £20 to confirm the problem and hey presto, a stable connection. Having confirmed the issue, Call Flow where still unhelpful. I ended up purchasing a £170 TP-LINK Deco Wifi7 BE65 off Amazon and the difference has been amazing with no further problems the last 2 months.
Compounding the Call Flow Solutions issue, I called again today 22/06/2026 seeking to return the Zyxel router and explained the reason. I was informed to keep the router in case they need to do deal with any support related issues so they can do checks, I reminded them its faulty and has never worked properly but I was still told to keep it for that reason.
Summary, The Trooli providers full fibre package is actually very good and the engineers who installed the product pleasant and helpful. However the support provider Call Flow Solutions in my case has been very poor, it needs oversight, review or replacement.

The install team called to notify me they could attend an hour earlier than expected which was great. They took less time than told to expect and tidied up after themselves when done.
A week later reieved a check up call from Bel who was really polite and friendly just checking all was working and to see if there was anything else I needed.

Very quick process from beginning to end
Very quick process from selecting the product on a Saturday to installation on the following Thursday. Connection speeds are 6x what I was receiving with my previous provider and I am saving £16 a month as an added benefit. Trooli also handled the cancellation with my previous provider which was another added bonus. Very happy so far

Trooli – Horrendous Customer Service
Over the past six months, my experience with Trooli has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend entering into a contract with them.
After renewing my contract, I specifically agreed with Trooli that I would keep my static IP address. Despite this, they changed it twice. Both changes resulted in a loss of service because the static IP had not been configured correctly, and customer services were unable or unwilling to resolve the issue effectively.
More recently, I received an email advising of planned external works that would temporarily affect my service. Openreach replaced the telegraph pole outside my property, but Trooli failed to arrange for an engineer to reconnect the external cable. Despite numerous calls to customer support and repeatedly explaining that the issue was with the external cabling lying on my driveway, I was continually asked to check the router lights instead.
My service was eventually restored three days later, but only because Trooli does not operate over weekends. To add insult to injury, they refused to provide any compensation or refund for the loss of service, claiming their systems showed I had connectivity during the outage.
I am counting down the days until the end of my contract with this company.

Piss poor service all round
Piss poor service all round. Customer service there is none. Internet constantly dropped out no reply from customer service, now my fibre wire is broken I am on a wait until they can decide when they will be out could be a couple of days but in the week as they dont work weekends, oh and as its in the house i could charged but yet where they put it is heavy foot traffic (May I add i father works in IT and all that stuff and he was really confused by where your engineer had put these wires and boxes) So I cant work and my child cant do his homework. Thaks Trooli you are Truly a shite company

Great experience so far
Syed, the engineer, arrived on time and was friendly and polite throughout. What made the installation particularly memorable was the remarkably tight space he crawled into to route the wiring into the house. I’m not sure how he managed it, but I’m grateful he did, as the other options were very limited. If ever there was a case of going above and beyond, this was it.
Once the installation was complete, he took the time to show us how everything worked and demonstrated the speeds we were achieving. The entire process, from signing up to installation, was a very positive experience.
Shortly after he left, I had to unplug the router, and unfortunately it would not reconnect. This gave me my first experience of Trooli’s customer support, and they were excellent, resolving the problem in no time. They were helpful and efficient throughout. Since then, the service has been spot on, and the advertised speeds have been consistently achieved.
We’ve only been customers for a short time, but based on our experience so far, Trooli has been great.
