Absolutely dreadful broadband
Absolutely dreadful broadband. Not a single day have I had decent Internet connection. The download speeds are bad and connection always lags. No help from Rose fibre expect being told to turn the router etc off and on after half an hour. Of course, that made no difference at all. Had a 1mp with Virgin before which was meant to be slower but worked perfectly. Switched to rise fibre as Virgins customer service is rubbish. But Rise fibre has crap customer service and even worse broadband

Absolutely brilliant and quick to set everything up and well versed on what I wanted / needed for internet speeds needed for the use I do.
Don't be fooled by initial promise
Sales rep seemed great ( all companies seem to care about getting right these days ) .. I was originally told I wouldn't need a engineer visit, informed the day before I would need to be in for a visit ( first "Misinformation" ) I was then told the services would seemingly pass over from my previous provider the day I go live with Rise, Rise fibre didn't send the request until 3 days after, meaning I was paying 2 providers for 3 days ( 2nd misinformation)... At this point I raised a complaint and was told a manager would call me on Wednesday 15th, no call happened, I chased on the Thursday to be told I'd have a call that day, no call. Also no call on the Friday, after leaving it the whole of Friday, I chased again, to be told they'd log it and request the call again... After originally thinking I'd found a company that cares about customer service, within a week they've shown they don't. If I've had this much messing around in a week, I'd rather cancel now than have 2 years of this.

I had a great experience with Rise Fiber. Very professional, friendly and caring customer service. Their rates and deals are also good. Nick solved the issue very quickly. There was no long waiting, no much convincing chat from him. He was to the point and clear. Highly recommend!

I was confused with the sales person he said that you would be the same as the company l am with but cheaper but it turned out you don’t do the same product l have with BT but I’m waiting for one of your colleagues to get back to me after the weekend to review the contract

Cole helped me understand the process of setting up broadband services, how rise fibre works, what they do, and who to contact if i have any problems, as well as recommending a suitable plan. It Was fast and easy to set up. I recommend this company☺️
