Titan Travel Recenzje

Customer service whilst booking this trip was excellent. Divya found out lots of details for me and always called back promptly. Couldn’t have asked for more

The trip as a whole was fantastic. Our guide Colin Thompson was the best. His humour, patience & guidance was a huge part of what made the trip the success it was.
We chose Titan because they handled the organization and implementation from beginning to end - we just turned up!
The reason for not giving this experience a 5 star was the extremely poor and at times very frustrating customer service prior to our trip.
Not getting enough concise information concerning visas and seat availability in good time prior to the holiday was enough to consider canceling. After an official complaint and a long wait for the issues to be resolved, it was just enough time to agree to pay the final payment and take the trip.
Once we got under way, the trip was fantastic and very well organized.
We will definitely use Titan again and will be very aware of ensuring everything is done early enough prior to departure.

WOW what an amazing adventure
From start to finish, our Tour Rep Colin Thompson dealt with Minor Hiccups in a calm and professional manner.
His knowledge of the places we were visiting and accommodation we were staying at helped everyone settle quickly and bond as a group

Well what can I say first time travelling with Titan, and it has been truly amazing. Our tour representative (Colin Thompson) was fantastic 10/10, no problems with any little queries, or where to go while in the towns to eat or drink. Again truly amazing and will be looking to book with you again. Liz and Chris Moore.

Awesome tour with outstanding trips. Titan rep Colin Thompson was like a father figure to all of us. He is a credit to the company and extremely knowledgeable of the areas visited.

This only relates to the booking process which I had to undertake over the phone because of certain questions. The assistant Rita was very helpful and patient and went through the options and costs clearly which enabled me to make an informed booking immediately . All initial papers were received within 30 minutes of the enquiry with further information available for additional excursions. So far very good.

I have not used this company previously but had heard very good reports from friends. The travel advisor was very helpful, polite and cheerful and explained the booking process clearly and competently. So far very pleased with the service.

My booking experience was great! Paulina was very understanding of my requirements and went through every aspect of the holiday and booking procedure.

Booked a holiday today by phone. Very helpful person
(?Cat) who managed to join my booking up with a friend who had already booked so we can travel together and have hotel rooms close together.

Excellent service received whilst booking my trip with Titan Travels to go on the Wild India trip.
Travel adviser was very professional and knowledgeable which made me feel confident in using Titan Travel for the first time.
I subsequently changed my booking by telephone and received the same professional service.

Booking process handled professionally

Phoned to book cruise holiday and had several questions - all answered politely and knowledgably. The booking process was then easy and straightforward

We have just booked our holiday over the phone with Titan Travel, and it was a positive experience. Alicia was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions clearly and made the booking process straightforward and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding, she is a real credit to Titan Travel

This review is just about the booking experience as I haven’t been on the tour yet.
On Wednesday, online, it said the a tour to Prague, Vienna and Budapest was available for £2345. I rang to get more information online and was told that was correct. When I asked why it was cheaper to book with Saga I didn’t get a valid reply. The person I spoke to did not seem to know much about anything. I then rang Saga but the tour they had advertised online as available for £2223 was in fact full and there were no other tours planned. Again the call handler seemed very inexperienced. I waited for my new passport to arrive today,3 days later, and rang again hoping to book but it was £3,095! This was an unacceptable hike in price so we opted for the next tour. This was advertised as a deal saving £500 (Now £2595 down from £3,095). While still a hike in price, and very annoying, it was more reasonable so we booked it. The person who helped us was called Melanie and she was very helpful and was able to check Titan and Saga availability without problem, was reassuring, answer all out questions ( except for the price increase!) and was very friendly. This made a huge difference to our experience and our decision to go ahead with the booking. On the strength of my first experience with the Titan and Saga calls, I would have been concerned about booking. I am hoping that the tour will be as positive as our experience of booking with Melanie.

Everything explained and clarified. Was able to book what I wanted. Polite and friendly service. Thank you. Looking forward to a fabulous holiday with you 😎

The lovely lady helping us was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my request and was very efficient.

We had a great tour guide. It was lovely to have Alex all the way from Toronto to Boston. Took care of us all. Good hotels except for Kingston hotel. It was very clean and good breakfast but no bar or any drink in the hotel. Would have like a bit more time in Montreal and Quebec. Lots of travelling on the coach but that really can’t be helped when seeing all these places. You could have a couple of extra days to see more of some of the cities. Like Montreal, Kingston and Quebec.
The cruise from Quebec to Boston was ok. Holland America. Not impressed with their drinks package. Read the fine print. Food was good. Very clean cabins and cabin staff were good. Bar staff a bit slow and could be smarter dressed like the casino staff.
Overall a very good trip with beautiful scenery. Enjoy.
I would travel again with Titan or Saga again.

Michaela was very helpful and polite, made the booking experience very easy. Was a very professional service

Excellent sales person (Graham). Very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Back in 2024, we had one of the best holidays ever - Titan Travel Wild India. In addition to 9 safaris in three national parks with many excellent sightings of animals and birds we also visited Khajuraho and Orcha where we met many local Indian people. The tour concluded with an express train ride from Jhansi to Delhi.
I note that Titan still offer this tour but with a much lesser itinerary. Unfortunately, the maps of the in Titan's promotional material continue to show the original itinerary and this may confuse potential travellers. I have written to Titan customer services to point this out but have not even received the courtesy of a response - hence the one star rating
