I found that the tick master website easy to use however when it came to the ticket review I found it not user friendly when trying to put the tickets to scan in my wallet when I transferred them to the wallet I found that the scan part of the ticket was not there.

No issues with purchasing and the tickets were delivered in a timely fashion.

Easy ticketing and entry process. The South Sydney hosts were exceptional in every way. Wonderful event!!

Accessible phone is never answered, waiting over an hour on hold just to hang up.

Requests not answered with phone call only an email which isn't helpful when trying to book tickets.

If companion cards were easily accessible online when purchasing tickets, it would be a smoother transaction with no frustration.

I had better experiences at beginning of year but quality standards have obviously fallen.

Great venue, easiness of booking and excellent show.

Transferring a ticket electronically didn’t work as smoothly as I’d hoped.
Thankfully a kind lady at the box office was wonderful and helped us out

It was so easy to get into the ground with electronic tickets. Such a great system that flowed really well

I had a lovely, friendly lady who made my ticket exchange very easy and resolved my request.

Very easy to understand purchase and attend. One thing was trying to understand where the actual seats were when purchasing tickets. The lng a lng b etc is a bit confusing, for an old gal lol but overall very good.

Hello I’m a regular user of your services having had an account for 7 years with the jackjumpers! And have always found your site easy to navigate and use 👍we will also be using your site for the jewels.
The the Tassie devils are a different matter entirely! Not having access to purchase tickets until 2 days before the game is not convenient?
Having to put in 6x 12 digit codes every time to access tickets seems extremely amateurish in this day and age of ai and tech ! Boy I hope they get better at this ?
I’m in totally disbelief that they limited the last purchase of memberships and cut it off early as I was about to purchase / pay for 6 x R28 memberships and so were other family members?
They obviously aren’t interested and are just playing games, maybe we will just have to keep our hawthorn memberships?
Why can’t all Ticketmaster accounts be linked with membership details embedded ? The object should be to make it all as easy and quick for busy families?

Ticketmaster’s listing said this show started at 7pm but it did not start until 7:30pm.
I did not like the new requirement to download the Ticketmaster app.

These 2 seats should only be sold as restricted view seats as there is a raised steel mesh blocking your view

Great day at the game, just a bit chilly

From booking to the day everything was great the notification the updates flawless I cannot complain a very good night was had and the overall experience spot on ☺️☺️

Very simple process and easier to access to Stadium.

We did not attend this game due to fear.
The AFL bias towards Collingwood makes it a dangerous place, when going to a Collingwood home game.

Every actor was accomplished and well above standard and hitting the right vibe in their performance. The presentation was unique, visual, entertaining, bright, jolly, fun, innovative, creative.

While I shared 4 tickets with family members in exactly the same way, only 2 worked. This then added a lot of extra time to sort out.

Enjoyed the show. The venue was great, clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to open for drinks an hour earlier rather than 1/2 hour earlier. We went elsewhere for a pre show drink. The Lyric staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Paying $800 for my afl membership annually and get a disgracefully position seat is absolutely deplorable. Just not good enough from ticketmaster and the AFL.
