The Ticketmaster app makes it inconvenient to select tickets especially for a footy member who has a reserved seat at the MCG but can’t redeem a $0 ticket in a similar position during a home game. The tickets themselves also frequently won’t SMS transfer first go and I am constantly having to cancel/ resend

All good, sparkling wine improved. Had standing 44/45 but attendant offered us a vacant seat.

Your app is awful and not user friendly. It is impossible to transfer tickets.

Easy to pick the seating and easy transaction

What a great Night! Great Seats, Great Venue, Great Amenities and easy to get to and from Marvel.

I tried to transfer tickets to a friend, the tickets stayed in pending mode and didn’t transfer. 5 tickets wasted!
Can’t call anyone and left on a chat with no help! DISGRACEFUL!!!!

An excellent production. The cast, orchestra/band, were fantastic.
We throughly enjoyed the performance.

Easy access to carpark and accessibility

Ticketmaster doesn't include gate entry details on their tickets which can make stadium entry less than ideal when there are large crowds 40k+

Transferring tickets to others was not an easy process for the Australia v Ireland game. Ticketek's transfer process is far easier.

Great show well organised

The operator I delt with was exceptional nil issues and she fixed the issue within a few minutes Great effort
However trying to get through on the phone was really frustrating my first phone call I was on hold for 1 hour then the call dropped out !!! I called back again and again and again. I had been in Contact with one of your team via email who stated that everyone was extremely busy and to keep trying , my call dropped out approx 6 more time and finally answered at Approximately 1620

Love being able to change the date of my tickets without having any issues. Always love booking with you it’s easy and great payment options

My seat was in Y row which I didn’t realise when I booked the ticket and I was exhausted by the time I climbed all the stairs. I’m not a young person so I won’t do that mistake again.
The show was fabulous I enjoyed it immensely. The costumes were amazing a great show. Worth every cent.

Ticketmaster's Secure Ticket is a scam. They subcontract the management to Booking Protect who will come up with any excuse or justification to refuse a valid claim.

I requested a refund for one ticket to an event when one member of the party couldn't attend. I provided a valid doctor’s certificate and complied with all their terms and conditions. Booking Protect then claimed the document was fraudulent (without any reasoning), even after I forwarded the original email from the doctor.

Ticketmaster were just as culpable and refused to follow up or review the matter, despite multiple attempts to resolve it. They breached their T&Cs and refused to cooperate with Fair Trading.

With grandchildren old enough to enjoy the Harlem globetrotters. Good seats and the atmosphere was light and happy. Lots of families and there performance continuous which held the children's attention.

Samantha O was able to assist me to change my seats so that I could sit with child and her friend. She understood that it was important and gave suggestions and processed the final seat changes. This has put my mind at ease and allows us to enjoy the show. Thank you again Samantha.

On wait for 30 minutes on the phone today before I could speak to an operator, to get put to an operator with a very strong accent that I can barely understand or hear, despite requesting he turn the volume up  - the volume for the hold music is fine, quite loud. I could still barely hear him. I rang on the weekend and gave up after 70 minutes waiting time. Currently on hold by him again. My frustration levels are through the roof. He did not assist me with the accessible ticket I requested, instead providing me with a ticket that I could have booked myself in 5 minutes on line. Total call time 1hr, 13 minutes. A woeful, terrible experience with Ticketmaster.
