Had a fabulous night and both teams played great. Unfortunately someone tall sat in front of me 20mins into the game and blocked my great view of the goal. Had to keep leaning to the sides to see the game. Thankfully she swapped seats with someone after a bit. Food was horrendously expensive.

By accident paid for the same ticket twice. I have no clue how it was possible to do this, but I did. Requested a refund and was given the run-around. Long story short, after a delay of over 2 months I had to threaten with a complaint to Fair Trading, this did the trick, but they still dragged their feet. Had to threaten twice to get action. If I could give a ‘0’ score I would.

This was my first experience using Ticketmaster and I cannot fault the ease of the app. More importantly the girls at the venue, the State Theatre, were extremely helpful assisting with our tickets.

Great view. Tickets easy to buy and reasonably priced too!!

Everything was great except, one thing was inconvenient. We had Capital Class tickets, with complimentary choc tops to be collected at intermission. Collection point for this was inconvenient and in a complete different section to our seats area. Vendors that roam the theatre could have easily dispensed these to save time, queuing and confusion.

What a brilliant night out!
We have overseas visitors from Singapore. The Lion King musical was absolutely spectacular, it’s their highlight!

After I mistakenly made two bookings, ticketmaster emailed me right away checking if I just made a mistake. Then I told them what happened because of the chaos on purchasing BTS concert ticket and I told them my intentions and ask them if I can just cancel the other booking and ask for a refund. The ticket master reviewed it and made a consideration and grant my request. Thank you so much for the listening to my sentiments and for the great costumer service.

The booking process in the app is easy to use and navigate. The ability to add your tickets to your wallet is excellent, as the reception at big events is atrocious.

Easy to use app and Ticketmaster keeps you well informed of your upcoming events once your ticket has been purchased.

I could not gain access to my ticket at all.
I had to have a staff member of Optus stadium to find the ticket and print it out.
When dealing with things such as event tickets on your phone it can be very arduous for an older person.

Well organised, great entertainment.
The only negative was the ppl who left their seats to dancing right next to the stage in front of the two sides, should have been told to return too their seats, we could not see!

The game was good to watch but the price of the ticket was ridiculous and far too expensive, this will limit the amount of games I will attend

Excellent performers, both the vocals and musicians, especially the violinist.
