Jon Stevens was absolutely awesome

I was blocked from 'browsing' in the app. I changed internet, devices, reset password and nothing worked. I had to use my daughter's phone to log into my account to retrieve tickets. I now cannot use the app , desktop or mobile phone to access Ticketmaster and only have access on my Chromebook. I have no idea why this suddenly happened, just before an event. How do I fix this problem?

It was a great show and performance was great but I did not like how a lot of the audience remained standing through the whole show as I could not see a thing. If they were seated then I had a great view at start. Staff were helpful and let me stand against wall in aisle so I could see.

Purchasing the companion card tickets were smooth and easy

Then second entrance to show tickets again into members. Huge holdup
Then we wanted to go across to Members office. Again had to show all tickets Hell

From booking to receiving and using the tickets was fantastic ticketmaster was there every step of the way, even to let me know about the traffic and parking of another event that was on the same evening.

Easy online process to purchase tickets. Good map of venue. Good reminders prior to event with key information.

Everybody must watch this beautiful muscial with the most incredible casts.
Number 1 musical for sure!!

The experience to transfer tickets was not great. 1. Had to log on multiple times to be able to “tick” the tickets to transfer,
2. had to enter authentication code to transfer each ticket - this seemed excessive
3.ability to transfer via a SMS mobile number was not available for all tickets, with transfer via email only available option.
As a positive all ticket holders were able to access the venue once tickets had been received.

Could have been better!I put the tix on my Google wallet but was aware there was no active item:ie.bar code or QR for the gate people to'click ',on.Tfd tix to my son to put in his apple wallet:still no active item.
Luckily found a very helpful woman on a gate who managed to gain entrance for us.Very lucky!!

The show was amazing, all the cast had beautiful voices and the dancing was fantastic. Loved every minute and it went in a flash.

My second time at Marvel and I had no trouble finding my way around. Plus I had a seat on level one which helped greatly as I am a bit limited and don’t do stairs particularly well. I had trouble finding any lifts my first time and felt bustled by the crowd on the ramps. But that’s more about Marvel Stadium than Ticketmaster.
I still find it annoying that ticketing companies make it difficult to purchase single tickets. Not everyone has a spouse still living or family/friends close by so that more than one ticket can be bought at an event. It is a form of discrimination to find a seat on the seating map, attempt to purchase it only to be informed that the particular seat cannot be purchased if there’s other seats still available in the row. So I have to scout around the seating chart and find a single seat left somewhere.

It was for my daughters birthday and her second seeing the show. Her and I went with a friend and loved the show, the performances, the singing, the music, the costumes, everything was awesome.

I needed advice/help with booking using a companion card. I emailed the service and the next day I received a phone call from a lovely lady that helped me secure tickets for the event. So helpful, patient and with such professionalism. I was so impressed and grateful.

Seating was great,
Selection of food was basic.
Food and drink pricing was too expensive but that happens now at most sporting venues.

I enjoyed the concert a lot. It was wonderful to hear songs from my youth. One thing that spoiled it was that I felt a draught behind me which seemed to be coming from up the aisle directly behind my seat, from outdoors. Maybe a door had been left open?

Transfer of tickets is a nightmare! The site is not user friendly and freezes easily.
