it was a great show but the venue seating is still poor.
we are a growing society, the seating is very cramped to close to each other, meaning that every other person was leaning forward to gain space.
removal of 1 or 2 seats per line and spacing the chairs better would be a big help.

The lovely old theatre and mostly comfortable. The seats a little bumpy

I will give you 5stars because the show was amazing, but the distribution of the chairs wasn't what we paid for, we choce a seat on the right side of the venue and the numbers on the chairs was on the other side, just be careful with that because it wasn't good.

Easy process to book tickets. Venue clean and tidy staff polite and helpful great lighting and sound we all had a great night enjoying one of our favorite comedians

Easy system to use, but only if you have a mobile phone as paper tickets not accepted.

The event was absolutely a waste of money. We were expecting the actual K Pop people or at least the people dressed to look like them. You charged way too high a price to watch something on the screen. The kids were so disappointed

I got sick with RSV (highly contagious) and was unable to attend on the day we had booked for. As I live in country NSW, I couldn't get a Drs certificate by the deadline that was required. But my tickets were rescheduled for another time, and I cannot thank you enough for doing this. We had the best night. The show was fantastic. Thank you again for your help and for allowing us to be able to attend the show. Very much appreciated. When you live so far away, it is so good to be able to see shows.

No stars from me. Incompetent staff who cannot read English. Ignored my request and completely stuffed up my booking. If I can book future events any other way than via Ticketmaster I will do so. I'd rather pay more for my ticket and avoid using a company that cares not one jot for their customers. Disappointed and disillusioned thanks Ticketmaster.

I found it difficult to watch game due to the constant movement of people. Tickets were very poor.

My tickets are easy to find on the app. But I wish it was as easy to obtain a refund; still owed money from a Simple Minds concert that was cancelled prior to COVID.

Really thought it would be better than it was. Very disappointing.

Show started late and finished even later. It did go over time.
The Roast seemed a bit repetitive and a bit too much like "inside jokes"
It did Drag on (pardon the pun)

My granddaughter absolutely loved the show she danced and yelled right through the show

The process to get companion card tickets is way too difficult it would be better to have an option to select these online and submit the card details instead having to sit in a queue to speak with someone especially during popular events that sell out quickly

I’d recently booked two sets of tickets (given an error which occurred booking the first set) for the same event and the staff at Ticketmaster were very helpful in liaising with the event organiser to get a refund. They were responsive by email daily and kept me updated when they had contact with the event organiser. Really great service!

whilst not happy that I couldn't get a refund, the staff were nothing but helpful and informative in assisting with my problem.

Process was easy, straightforward, and resolution was efficient. Staff were very helpful

Great show

However to Enter VIP backstage there was no lift for my mother who just had a knee surgery.
There was only steps with no railing.
This is dangerous for the elderly and other people with mobility issues.
